[Resolved] Indane Gas, Naga Gas Agency — delay of supplying cylinders

sir,
my consumer no 36736. i deal with Naga gas agency, chengalpattu. sir i made a call to them on 24th march for booking.but they told we will book on 31march. now today the date is 26th april.still i have not get my cylinder.after one month also they will not supply. i think they are supplying my cylinder for more money. if we call again they will respond. they are telling what u will do? u can do.we can do like this only.
this can happening not only for this month. everytime they are doing like this only.pls look this matter as serious and take action on naga gas agency, chengalpattu.

I booked gas cylinder on sep 7th 2019.. My consumer service number is [protected]..Till now cylinder not delivered..i think they are supplying my cylinder for more money...I complaint the person in naga agency but no response at all...very very...poor service...I called the cylinder delivering person three times...he is always telling it will be delivered tomorrow...again and again telling the same thing...yesterday i called him he told me that he will be coming at 8:00 a.m. and deliver the cylinder...but not yet...he is not at all attending the call...If they don't deliver the cylinder then i will write about naga agency chenglepet in all social media..Please take necessary action as early as possible...
