All ready we have transfer the cylender before more than one year but till date we have not issue the same from the transfer city Pls advice me this paper validity date and so other wise any alternate

i was a consumer of 5kg gas from J B GAS from Birmitrapur (odissa) now i shifted to Rourkela.when i took the transfer papers to the agency named Rourkela kitchen aids at.power house road rourkela(odissa).but the owner of the agency direct refused to take transfer as i gave him transfer papers with address proof he told mai nahi dunga jo karna hai kar lo.what will i do now just suggest me.

I, Biplab Hari has Indane Gas connection (1+1) in my name from 2002. My Transfer Subscription Voucher is 65868 Dt.[protected]. Recently I have shifted from Kolkata (West Bengal) to Gobardanga (North 24 Parganas, West Bengal) and apply for transfer my gas connection from Mangaldeep, Kolkata (Code No.[protected] to Auro Gas Service (Sadhukhan Para, Ward No.6, P.O. - Gobardanga North 24 Parganas, Ph. No.[protected]. I have received Termination Voucher (No.[protected] Dt.[protected] from Mangaldeep, Kolkata on 15th October ' 09 and submitted this Termination Voucher to Auro Gas Service, Gobardanga on 16th October '09. Almost one month is over, but Auro Gas Service is not providing me gas cylinder till today. We are following up 10 to 15 times within this 1 month. But they always inform us, we will get gas cylinder within day or two. Behaviour of the officials of Auro Gas Service is very rude.

I really don't understand, what is going on? Without gas cylinder, we can't cook and facing lot of problems. Requested you please look into this and help me in this regard.
