Sir,
I am a household gas connection holder of indane gas. I am a registered with your dealer Karuna Gas Agency of Nagpur of state Maharashtra. I've only one domastic gas connection.
I booked for a cylinder on 8th of Jan-08, it was told to me that refil cylinder will be despatched in 8 to 10 days. However till now as on 24-1-08 it is still undelivered. On enquiring for the reason for delay I get arrogant replies from the incharge madam of gas agency.
This happens every month and now we being harrssed, want to change our registration from Karuna Gas Agency to any other dealer of yours which atleast have enough ettiquettes and respect for customer.

It is therefore requested to you to do the needful.

Sheen Agencies — Delay & non delivery of gas

Hello Sir,
I am a customer of SheenAgencies, New Market P.T.P.S., Patratu. My cust no. is: 21040, I am authorize to take gas from its extension counter situated at Rajrappa Project in the location of central coal fields limited.
Sir, my problem is the service provided by the distributor. One Mr. Gupta sits at the extension counter, his behaviour is so rude that at times it is very embarrasing. he supplies gas after the booking of more than 20 days and deposit the cylinder officially after 21 days. he hardly opens the the counter. if he opens then even he is never at his seat, if we ask him, he says he is not our servant to listens us, most of the times he is out of station and if we ask him any thing he says "go and complain against me" when we request him to give us gas he says i[censored] need so much go to PATRATU which is about 50 km from this area.
Sir this is difficult for me to go so far to get gas as I am a widow lady living alone with my 14yrs old son.
Sir I have two cylinders even then I have to go without gas for many days. when ever we call to the ofice of Sheen Gas Agency, we never get any reply, as the mobile phone is always without services and lan line number is busy even at 12'o'clock in the night, it means that too is out of order. beside all these once we go to get the gas, we are not provided by the door service where as he charges rs. 310/- for the gas. again after 21 days we hv to go to deposit the cylinder, where as if at the same time we r allowed to do the same, then at least we are less harrased.
Sir please look in to the matter and do the need full

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please refer to my consumer no. 44710/G with Indane Gas -M/S Gurgaon Gas Service , Gurgaon.

I had booked a call for replacemnt of LPG gas cylinder on 13th Feb 2008 vide. request no. 121079 and I was told that the cylinder would be delivered within 10 days.

On 23rd Feb 08 I again called up the agency enquirng on the staus of delivery & I was assured that it would be delivered by 26th Frb 08 positively. But when I called them up again they replied that it shall only be delivered by 29th Feb 08.

When I asked the agency representative Mr Abhijit that this delay was causing me a lot of inconvenience & why should there be such a delay. He told me it is like this only here in Gurgaon and told me to do whatever I could.

This is an absolutely draconian and unwarranted attitude from a service provider and we need to book such people under the consumer courts.

Indane Gas / LPG — Non-delivery of LPG Cylinder after booking.

A booking was made on 30.4.08 for refill of LPG cylinder at Niranjan Gas, Jaipur for Consumer number 3096 . In spite of repetitive reminders to the Gas Agency, the same is not supplied till date. In past also, the refill was provided after posting complaint on this website. Suitable action by competent authorities is very much required.

dear sir

i have lpg gas connection( gas no 34660 in the name of my mother anita jain) with freedom gas service in loni ghaziabad in u.p. firstly they dont pick the phone while any customer want to book cylinder and after that they said that booking will be after atleast one month of last booking and after booking they deliver it 15 days after the booking .
so it takes atleast 2 months in actually recieving the cylinder.

one another thing i want to display is that they have issued the new connection without kit which include(fullcylinder, regulater, pipe and gas) on price similar to which actually is with all these instruments, and sell these kit seperately to the other persons in black price, by saying that new connection is not available and if customer want new connection they will provide it in the way which i have mentioned above

now i want some action should be taken against them or suggest me contact no where i can complain against them

Indane LPG — Prolonged delivery period

Dear IOC,

I'm would strongly highlight the issues of LGP supply in Uttaranchal State after the formation of SIDCUL (Industrial Area), Haridwar. LPG domestic cylinders are being supplied in black at very high rates, as these are not available to daily customers. Cylinders are supplied to industries, even being domestic. There is no right of any company to use domestic cylinders for industrial production. There are nearly 500 companies in SIDCUL & their LPG consumption is like hell. Your customers are suffereing & your office people doesn't even answer the phone calls. People waste their full day standing in ques again and again.

Its shame that company like IOC have no strong feed back system to take care of its customers. Its becoming like a low grade company & people really are getting frustrated. IOC caters to overseas also for petrol/diesel, but unable to look into domestic issues.

For heaven sake, pl bring some professionalism in your work like other countries. Lets change our country INDIA. Its our Mother Land.

Indane Gas Service — non booking/supply of LPG cylinder

Sir, I have booked my LPG on 07/10/08 by dialling 1260(MTNL) and got booking number 23 dated 07 Oct 08. My cunsumer number is RF 7414 at Raj Flame indane gas dealer at Rama Park najafgarh road (Tele No[protected]. despite spending 20 days i am still waiting for LPG refill cylinder. on being contact contact it was told by their staff that their software to download booking from 1260 is not working. This is just shocking and this is not the first time I received the stereotyped reply. The behaviour of the staff is also not good. there is no any arrangement for public standing in scortching sun in a long que to register their booking. Senior Indane officials are requested to look into the matter

Indane LPG Gas — cannot be contacted

Sri Rama Agency in K.R.Puram Bangalore is my Indane gas dealers who has got 6 landline no. for booking. My. Membership No. 35221. I have been continiously trying for last 4 days in all their no. throghout the day but no response. I have facing this always . to book a gas is onr has to try continiously for 3 - 4 days . But this time i am still unsuccessfull in booking my gas. Their landline no. are[protected] / 25654560/ 25654553/ 25660620/ 65378398/ 41144619 . I need help immediately. There has to be some e mail id where we can book or any mobile no. where one can send SMS for booking . Matter is becoming serious and needs to be looked into immediately.

Indane Gas — Non-delivery of gas cylinders in homes

Respected Sir/Madam,

Here in Sulthan Bathery, in Wayanad DIstrict, the delivery boys are not delivering the cylinders in homes; they simply unload it on the road sides and the consumers, have to suffer much hardships, to bring to and fro these cylinders, especially those famale consumers; they have to seek someone else's help to bring it home. If we ask something about this to these delivery boys, they don't even care about it. As far as my knowledge is concerned, they have to bring it home and connect it, if necessary, because this is a thing which we have to handle very carefully. So please look in to the matter seriously and do necessary arrangements to make sure about the delivery of cylinders in homes and I'll be obliged, please.

My consumer no. P - 517 and I am a resident of SATNA (M.P.). M/s PUSHPENDRA GAS SERVICE
(Code[protected] is the distributor for my connection. I have booked my order on 8th January 2010 but i have not got dly of cylendar yet. I have been trying to contact the said agency
since 20th January, 2010(19 days) over phone deseperately continously (atleast 50 times)for dly of the gas. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected],230117) and not acccessible consequently, the gas has not been delivered. On a previous ocassion also I had experienced similar kind of problem but could however manage to talk to them after a week.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system in order so that we are able to contact him for gas delivery. You may appreciate the precious time and effort already lost by me in this regard. CONTACT NO. [protected]

Indane Gas — Non supply of LPG gas

I booked for a refilled indane gas cylinder on 22.02.2010 with JN Enterprises , BTM Bangalore.
Till date I have not received the same. Just today also I have asked the delivery-man whether the delivery will be made today, he replied it will take more time. I cannot just understand why it is so late in delivering the Gas cylinders. Please take any step so that we can get delivery of the cylinder immediately otherwise cooking at kitchen will be stopped. Please note last month also I had to logged complaint before you and after a considerable perid of more than one month I could have got delivery of a refilled cylinder.
