we booked a Lpg gas five days before..and today gas has been finished.i chcek the gas cylinger it was quite heavy.i called a gas mechanic to check the mattar..he checked and told there is water in cyclinder.i called a maheshwary gas agency..they never picked the phone..then i went to them..they are telling this is not their responsibilty..once they have delivered the gas cylinder..this is very irresponsible behaviour.it is their fault but they are not ready to take it..sir please help us..we are sufferin a lot.

      Retail Petrol Pump Details: Prop: Bhagwat Das Jagat Das- Rishikesh(Dehradun), Location Near "Hotel Ganga View" (Old Bus Stand)

      MY PROBLEM:-
      On 16/09/11 I asked for Rs 500/= normal petrol but they have given me petrol of Rs 499.96 as per the machine Ruppes unit display. The Rupees disply unit was showing 9 digit in continuation of 7 digit in place of 8 digit and this was discussed with representative of Petrol Pump. They were explaining that everything is normal. This problem I write in their book on 16/09/11 but till today (17/09/11) I did not received any calls from their side/M/s IOCL. They have not given me any receipt of my complain.

      Technically 8 digit must be displayed in continuation of 7 digit. If 9 digit is shown after 7 digit than it may be wrong setting/wrong display in Rupees or it is 8 digit displayed by machine and after that machine
      will display 9 digit But salesman stop machine at 8 digit point and explaining it as 9 digit.

      Conclusion is that they have given me Rs 488.86 Petrol in place of Rs
      500/= and remaining amount (Rs 11.14) is in account of Petrol pump owner.

      This is a malpractice used by this petrol pump and they are cheating the customer as well as M/s IOCL.

      M/s IOCL must penalize this owner as per sale of petrol from last inspection date of machine to till 16/09/11 and to take necessary and preventive actions against this Owner so that in future they can not cheat the customer and M/s IOCL.

      i visited to petrol pump on 17/09/11 and discussed about the status of complaint. I was shocked after seeing the continuous supply of petrol from that machine. They did not stopped the operations of defective machine That means they are cheating the public.
      In evening at 6:22PM (17/09/11) I talked with Sh G.B.Gohyal (Manager Marketing Officer of IOCL at Dehradun on Mb [protected]) .
      He called me on my Mb [protected] at 6:36PM, 17/09/11 and assure the best results. He confirmed that further operation of particular defective machine has been stopped till checking/inspection.

      Expecting better results for customers.

        Sir,

        With reference to recent notice issued by Indraprastha Gas requesting the PNG consumers to surrender the Indane Gas cylinders. In merit of this request we went to local dealer with cylinder, regulator and documents. But the dealer was asking us the ID Proof of the connection holder. In fact this connection was given to me by my uncle who is no more now, he was unmarried and died 10 years back at south.

        Now can we surrender the cylinders with an undertaking, can we have the format -or tell us what is the procedure as the dealer is not aware of the same.

            not supplying gas on time
            my gas account no is TE6874 in the name of VL Gupta with address:3 chandra nagar,gopalpura bypass.my gas agency name is Tej enterprises,tonk road,jaipur.
            since last 3 months i have not received my lpp gas and am tired of complaining to this agency but so far no action have been taken.If no solution is provided in regard to my complaint then i have to go to the consumer court.

                  I am a consumer of IOCL LPG, my consumer no 555 in the name of Binay Prasad jaiswal.

                  My local dealer of LPG not supplying gas celynder timely. AS discussed with Dealer's officials they will provide Gas celynder after 40 days from the date of last celynder issue date.

                  We are facing lots of problem regarding the service of the Dealer. Please Look into this matter on prioriety basic.

                    Hi,
                    I would like to draw your attention for poor quality of Petrol/Diesal from Indial Oil filling satation near Thana-Munsiganj, Amethi, CSM Nagar, UP.

                    The above said subject address Indian Oil Petrol Pump give very dad quality of fuel.Some of the point are summarise as follow-
                    1. Its fuel degrade performance of our vehicle
                    2. It reduces our vehicle fuel efficiency.
                    3. Our vehicle running sound changed (it feel bad)
                    4. Pump display shows wrong density of fuel.
                    5. During oil filling man stop machine 15 to 50 paisa before.
                    6. Operator at filling station are very unprofessional.
                    7. If we call for complain register they did not provide us.
                    8. If we say some thing regarding oil quality they say IT IS UP TO YOU , IF YOU WANT TO FILL SAME WILL GIVEN OTHERWISE GO TO ANOTHER FILLING STATION.
                    9. Other filling station 8KM away, It is expensive for us .
                    10. Filling pumps are un-calibrated.

                    Fuel prices increases day by day, we are paying it but still we are not getting appropriate quality & quantity of fuel form Indian Oli Filling station. Peopleof our township are prefering to fill fuel from outside like Sultanpur/Allahabad/Lucknow. Bit it is not solution , after all we are customer, we should get the thing for which we pay.

                    You are requested to look into the matter & ensure that above 10 complain could be rectify by you effort.

                    I hope your response will be positive & customer supportive outcome will come.

                      I have purchased Extra Premium Petrol of Rs. 2156.00 through credit card at 19:27:38 hrs. on 12/09/2011 from IOCL outlet Shri Deep Auto, Main Sector Road, Gurgaon.

                      While starting for fuel the digital figures brought to Zero. One staff of outlet has distracted me for not checking the reading on the pretext of redeem of credit card, while other staff suddenly acted as stopping the meter. The other staff told that Rs. 200.00 worth of petrol has been poured showing the meter, but surprisingly there was no digital figure for litre of petrol though simultenously it must flush with amount. It means the staff was lying and cheating. Since I was in a hurry, I told to fill the fuel tank which was amounting to Rs. 1956.00 + Rs. 200.00(Charged unlawfully as narrated above), and I paid through credit card. This is a clear case of cheating and action must be taken on the Petrol outlet by IOC.

                      I bought a new dezire maruti vehicle which has tank capacity of 42 litre.
                      I purchased the vehicle the from dealer with 5 ltr of diesel in the tank which he poured in the tank in front of me through a container.then i stop at IOCL fuel station Matunga East, Mumbai which is 5 km from the maruti dealer and asked to full the tank .imagine they filled 46.15 lts of diesel in my car which makes the capacity of tank 46.15+4.5 =51 ltr approx.which is impossible .i argued and filed a complaint the complaint no is 9521..
                      BUT NO RESPONSE till now, they are claiming there is problem with the vehicle when i contacted maruti company.
                      they said there is 121 tests done when they ship the vehicle.

                      DEFINATELy this petrol pumps are duping the customers
                      Anybody looking in this thread from IOCL ???????

                      Same thing happened to me in one of the IOCL petrol pump. This is situated below the IIT flyover. They poured 5 litre diesel to my ford figo even after I said to fill the tank. Then they said that they forgot and again started filling till it was full. However, they said that they have started from zero the second time which they did not. Finally the total volume came to 45 litres whereas thee was still 5 litres available from earlier; making it 50 litres. Figo ca is 45lt. Since I was in a hurry, I did not argue much.

                      Another case of IOCL petrol pump cheating.

                        I am Swarup Kumar Paul having address as -K 231/4 Patuli ,Kolkata -94,Flat-22. My consumer number is T-3737.Distributor’s name is Baghajatin Gas Service,Kolkata-84.My last order no is 10506 and cash memo no 1083 dated 06.09.2011. It is in use from today. It has been found that gas is leaking from the cylinder valve.It (gas leaking ) happened against refill booking no-222501(cash memo-15861 dated 31.05.2011). I am under fear of accident. Please do something to replace the cylinder.Please take necessary measures so that quality control matter in the factory(refilling) is strengthened.

                          I am bearing the Indane Gas consumer no-R6140. I had booked a refilling of cylinder on 12/08/2011. Till today i.e.,11/09/2011, it is not delivered. May I know the reason of such kind of negligence. The agency name : Sadulpur Indane Gas Service Tehsil Rajgarh Dist - Churu Rajasthan.                             Indane Gas — Too much delay

                            The Benaka gas ditributors in RajajiNagar, Bangalore, evern after two weeks of booking have not replaced the cylinder, often dont even pick up the phone

                            Indane Gas — Delay in delivery and charging for home delivery

                            I am a consumer with Ganraj Indane (Dehuroad, Pune). I have booked my refill on 07th October and yet to receive the refill from the agency. Whenever I call them, they give reasons as company was closed hence no stock or delivery boy not available, stock is finished.

                            Its been 20 days I have not received my refill and apart from this, the delivery boy charges Rs 10 for delivery.

                            Indane Gas — Delay in Home delivery

During the last three days i am constantly trying to book my Gas cylander thru phone. but nobody is picking up the phone. when we try in the evening the bell rings.but in day time no response. this is very frustrating. i am a service man in Gurgaon. we always book the gas on phonr . but i think due to marriage time they are trying to delaying the supply to home.our dealer is Haryana Gas Service, Jhazzar Road Rewari. his Code No. 541716.My connection no. is 452 and phone no.                               Kailash Gas Service of Madhupur, District Deoghar, Jharkhand having height of non compliance of the service for which is alotted.
                              Instead of consumer service he is serving the the shops & hotels from where he earn extra money.
                              You can find domestic Gas cylinder every where at refilling shops & hotels, where customer is waiting for gas months on months.
                              He is unable to provide gas even on the festival (Eid).
                              My gas was booked on 14-7-11 and I have delivary on 7-9-11 after so many complaints.
                              Can any of the authority help the people of Madhupur ?
                              I firmly agree with the complainant, since I am also facing the same problem since long.

                                I have an Indane Gas Connection thru M/s.Anand Gas Agency, Thammanm, Ernakulam for the last five years. Many times I have noticed that the behaviour of the agency is not up to mark. First, they should understand they are the dealers of a 'Fortune 500' Company. Secondly, the attitude of the Indian Oil Corporation employees is not co-operative. After getting a refill on 01.08.2011, I have tried to book refill thru the IVRS system [protected] but it is understood that once refill is delivered, the distributor has to update the same in their System, unless you can book your next refill. So far, till 7th they have not updated the same and I am unable to book the refill and losing my seniority. Though, this was brought to the notice of the Indian Oil Customer Care at Ernakulam, but to no avail. My past experience with the Indian Oil Sales Officer who is dealing with the said distributor, is not very good and he was advising to cooperate with the distributor instead of solving the problem. What should I do?

                                  This is to bring to your notice that I was been charged thrice at Image filling Station, Indian Oil Petrol Pump ,Mayurvihar-1(Near City Mall) opp Glaxo Apartments, Delhi. I have filled the fuel vide bill no 404176 dated 7/9/11 for Rs 2339/70.As a practice ,as soon the fuel filled , vehicle need to be taken out from the filling point to give way to other vehicles. I have parked the car and waiting for the credit card charge slip to sign and waited for almost 10 minutes- by the time I got 4 SMS confirmed by my banker for the swapping and debit of Rs 1000/- and Rs 1339/70 three times .,After seeing the SMS I parked the Car and approach the people operating the Card .They were denied and replied they have swapped only once , when I shown them the SMS then they said you take it up with your banker and we have not received any duplicate payment. They were very rude, arrogant and don’t know how to speak to the customers.
                                  I would request you to take up with your dealer and do the corrective action immediately. I was very embarrassed with this whole episode and would like you to take some strict action against the corrupted people and confirm back your action before I go to consumer forum.

                                    I am a consumer of Indane gas (Consumer Number 17119), agency M/s. Nair gas service, vikas puri, new delhi-110018.
                                    I booked a refill through IVRS ([protected]), on 24-Aug-2011, vide booking number 6362, reference number 1491706.
                                    Till date as on 6-Sep-2011, 9:40 PM, no refill has been received. IVRS system informs that the refill has been delivered on 31-Aug-2011. The agency is not reachable on any of its telephone numbers, despite repeated efforts for one full day.

                                    There is a general complaint that the refills are being sold in the grey market. Request you to look into this and have the matter investigated.

                                    Indane Gas — Non-receipt of refill cylinder

                                    I have Indane Gas connection with Consumer number 22936 from the Happy Home Indane Gas agency in Visakhapatnam. I have booked for a refill cylinder on 1st of June 2009 with booking number of 164, and I was promised delivery of the cylinder in 4 days.
                                    However after 22 days I have still not received my refill cylinder.
                                    Calling the agency (Ph.no.[protected] always end up in engaged tone, and the rare occassions when it rings no one picks up the phone.
                                    Kindly intervene and assure timely supply of refill cylinder.

                                      Respected Sir,

                                      I SANJEETA MALWAL R/o House No-108/2, Uttaranchal Enclave, Burari, Delhi-110084 applied for new LPG connection from Indane Gas on dated 10/07/2011 after few days I received a letter from Indian Oil Corporation for registering my application. On 16th July I go to our area agency PARUL GAS SERVICE, Jharoda, Delhi-110084, they told me we have no regulator please you come to our office on 5th Aug. Again on 5th August I go to agency again they told me we have no regulator. I shocked on 29th August in front of my eyes they issued two connections one for TEJPAL SINGH & second for SANJEEV SOOD of those people who never fill any application form because they are APPROACHED BY A VIP “agency owner said”. Please tell me we are not eligible persons for get a connection. Please take a legal action against Parul Gas Service, if you not take any action I go to Consumer Court and take a hard action against Indian Oil Corporation, Agency owner & MR. P.K. SUKHIJA (Area Officer).

                                        Dear Sir, we have booked our gas on 24.7.2011 at our agency Rajesh gas agencies,no.1 Roja nagar, Madhavaram, chennai -60.

                                        First they told it will be delivered in a week, Then they said it was door locked but we were at home on the day they said it will come.

                                        But now they say booking has been cancelled .

                                        Please take necessary steps.
