[Resolved] Indane Gas Refill / Bhubaneswar Gas, Lewis Road, Bbsr — not attending to telephone for booking of gas

bhubaneshwar gas has 2 landline but one line remains off all the time and both the numbers are not available in the afternoon though working hours is till 5pm.this reduces the effective booking time.perhaps the number of consumers on its role is too much and should be hived off to a different supplier.it has happened that docket no. of booking issued by them has been dishonoured. I booked for cylinder on 7-8 days back.Today cylinder is arrived without prior message.I want to know, whether it is mandatory to pay extra rupees to the bearer of cylinder with the bill amount if cylinder to have taken to 1st floor?Each month the person is demanding to take extra RS 7-10/-.Is it Bhubaneswar Gas rule or not? kindly intimate me.Today I am bound to complain this.From a long years this problem is happened.Kindly go through this.For this month Bill is Rs751/- but he has taken Rs760/-.Though the rate of gas is already hiked, this is a extra burden.Plz intimate me in my e-mail id what is the rule?
