[Resolved]  Indane Gas Refill — Delayed Refill Supply

Indane Gas Refill — Uncertain Delivery of Refill

I am a consumer of Indane Gas vide Consumer No: 38889 of SHRIRAM GAS SERVICE, Viswas Colony, Alkapuri Vadodara. Every time while booking the refill we are told that the same will be delivered within 7-8 days which has never ever been delivered in time. On the contrary every time we have to visit personally to request them for delivery but always ignored. We have to wait for the supply and just CANNOT move away from home expecting their man to deliver the refill.

This is truly a harassment and we are literally fed up with their services. We had no such bitter experience in the past with other distributors anyway.

I am a consumer of Indane Gas vide Consumer No: 50101 of VASANT ENTER PRISES GAS SERVICE, Indira Nagar Bangalore. Every time while booking the refill They are told that the same will be delivered within 3 days which has never ever been delivered in time. Every time we have to visit personally to request them for delivery but always ignored. We have booked on 28th oct 2010 and we have visited more then 10 times but still not delivered and we have to wait for the supply and just CANNOT move away from home expecting their man to deliver the refill.
This is not first time from post 2 years we are facing this problem.
We are booking refilling once in 2 month.
This 2nd Compliant but no response from your side.
