Respected Sir, Today Once Again Gas Leakage Occurred during Changing the Refilled Cylinder because While Delivering itself delivery person not checked the rubber washer fiitted at the mouth of Cylinder,but Delivery person not forget to take Rs.20/ extra for each cylinder,, This is 2nd Time, For Checking Visit also They are Charging Rs.30/- , While delivering itself it was not there, So, Who's Mistake it is ? Indane LPG Gas — leakage of cylinder
LPG gas cylinder supplied on dated march9, 09 was leaking. Emergency service not given any response after calling till march10, 09 evening u r having very poor services and not caring the human lives. Dear Sir
THE GAS CYLINDER (CONSUMER No.8827) AT OUR HOME IS LEAKING FOR THE PAST TWO DAYS. I AM TRYING THE COMPLAINT PHONE No. 26258245 AND THERE WAS NO RESPONSE. IT IS VERY EMERGENCY AS WE ARE UNABLE TO COOK OUR FOOD. WE ARE BUYING FOOD FROM HOTELS FOR THE PAST TWO DAYS. IT VERY RETTICULOUS ON THE PART OF THE AGENCY AND THERE SHOULD BE AN EMERGENCY SERVICE TO ATTEND IMMEDIATELY.PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST.

we feel gas smell in our house after 10 minutes of the delivery of cylinser.we inform the same to your dealer kotak gas agency rajkot and ask them to replace the same butas dealer replied that mechanic will visit our house till evening.who will e responsible if the any disaster take place.we do not have any of your helpline telephone no. or not your web site printed on the dealers bill.please change the leakage cylinder within the day.
