[Resolved] Indane LPG Gas — NON SUPPLY OF LPG CYLINDER ON TIME | |||
I AM A CONSUMER OF INDANE LPG GAS BEARING CONSUMER NO. 3192 AT JHALAK INDANE, KATHPOOL, DORANDA (THE SAID DISTRIBUTOR HAS RECENTLY BEEN GIVEN CHARGE OF DORANDA AND ADJACENT AREAS).I MADE BOOKING ON 23.03.2010 ON TELEPHONE[protected]/253444), BUT TILL TODAY (8TH APRIL,10), THE GAS CYLINDER HAS NOT BEEN SUPPLIED TO MY RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS (ACO QUARTER, JHARKHAND HIGH COURT CAMPUS) I MADE SEVERAL TELEPHONIC REQUESTS TO THE CONCERNED AGENCY AND EVEN THE MANAGER OF THE SAID AGENCY WAS REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES. EVERY TIME THEY PROMISED THAT THE SUPPLY WILL BE MADE NEXT DAY, BUT IT APPEARS THAT THEY ARE NOT TAKING PROPER CARE AND ACTING RELUCTANTLY. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME, EARLIER ALSO THE GAS CYLINDER HAD BEEN SUPPLIED AFTER SO MANY REQUESTS. BUT THIS TIME IT APPEARS THAT MY REQUESTS ARE BEING TURNED DEAF HEAR. AS A RESPONSIBLE CITIZEN OF OUR COUNTRY, I FEEL IT MY DUTY TO BRING TO THE NOTICE OF THE CONCERNED AUTHORITY THE RELUCTANT ATTITUDE OF JHALAK INDANE, KATHPOOL, DORANDA, RANCHI. I ALSO HOPE THAT PROPER ACTION WILL BE TAKEN ON MY COMPLAIN AND I SHALL BE GETTING THE CYLINDER SOON AND ALSO THE SUCH PROBLEM WILL NOT ARISE FOR ANY OF THE FELLOW CONSUMERS. Indane LPG — Non supply of LPG in time
It is deeply regretted that inspite of repeated request and personal approach the agency is not delivering the LPG cylinder booked for more than 15 days inspite of sufficient stock. On querring, the agency says if vender does not deliver the same that cannot do anything. Such play is on going at Punit Gas Agency, Police Colony, Anisabad, Patna. The agency delivers Gas out of term to many consumers and does not maintained priority list. Kindly please advise me in this regard as such an act is not at all desirable.consumer No.PN 7065

Indane Gas-LPG — Non supply of LPG in time
CUSTOMER NO 245150, TEJ ENTERPRISES, MANAV ASHRAM, GOPALPURA MOD, JAIPURIt has been experienced that the LPG booked with the above dealer, is not being supplied properly.
After a lot of pursuation supply is given. Phones are not being attended properly, rather phones are not
being connected with the dealer. No Toll No., SMS No. and no other emergency Nos printed on the Card are contactable. Overall customer service is very poor.
I had booked gas and booking No is given as 2075 fifteen days before but till date it has not been supplied. Dealer's Ph Nos. are not available, always saying busy line.
Please look into the customer service of the Dealer.

Indane Gas — non supply of cylinder in time
i had booked a cylender on 6.1.10 with mann gas service bibiwala road Bathinda Punjab. my customer no is m 11064.But no cylender has been received by me after rep[eated phonic calls till date I already complain against gas supplier but no action was taken.

Indane / LPG — Non supply of gas cylinder on time
Dear Sir/Madam,Myself Dr. Ravindra Singh, a customer of Indane (customer no. 41312). I have booked my gas at Veer Shiv Gas Agency, Jodhpur on 07.02,11, but not received the gas cylender till today. I also contacted to the agency regarding the isuue but unfortunately, their response was very negative. they told that we have given the supply order to the concerned distributing person and our job is over. now you go and contact the distributing person.
I am trying to contact the distributer but he is not picking-up the call. Now I am helpless and seeking your needful action at the earliest.

My consumer no. T 1524. I had booked gas cylinder M/s Pasupatinath Gas Agency, Bhuwana on 15.04.2012. Either there phone is hook or not working. Please suggest. I AM CONSUMER OF LPG GAS CONSUMER NUMBER BEARING JIH 3569 AT JHALAK INDANE, DORANDA RANCHI. LAST FEW DAYS BACK I WAS DELIVERED LPG GAS CYLINDER, WHICH STOPPED BURNING AFTER 8 DAYS, THE SAME PROBLEM WAS SHOWN TO TECHNICIAN, HE SAID THAT THERE IS WATER INSIDE CYLINDER . NEXT I WENT TO JHALAK INDANE AGENCY WITH MY COMPLAIN, BUT THEY DID NOT DO ANY ACTION AND SAID TAHT IT IS INDANE'S PROBLEM . cont... as u know the crime rate of delhi are riseing day by day and delhi police and government publised by tv, news paper, redio and other mean "dont open door to unknown person without his i card".a wander of ms prabhat gas service, shop no. 34, b- block com.center, new delhi dont want to show there i card becous thay are not supply prorer waight cylinder to theare customers.same incident happned with me on 19/4/2008, (complint allredy registred with you.)your 24 hour help line no not attanding by anybody when i dyled my land line no.[protected] meny time.your all no"s[protected]/[protected] and[protected] not attanded by any body.
