[Resolved] India Post — Asking for bribe against opening a/c in nrega Scheme

I Harjinder Singh S/o S. Balbir Singh Sarpanch of Village & Post Office Boparai, Tehsil Patti, Distt. Tarantarn. i want to inform about some illegal work done by a person named Mr. Dilbagh Singh, Who is working as Branch Postman Boparai in the concerned post office. As per Central Govt. decisions it was mandate to open accounts in post office of Job card Holders in Narega Scheme. The accused person has demanded Rs. 50 from each of the persons to open their account in post office. As the Narega Scheme is for the poor people of the society, this is worst thing to ask for the bribe from the persons who have already no source of income. I contacted to post office officials regarding this. I told everything regarding this but it was all in vain. No action has been taken against the person. So I request you to look into the matter and kindly take some action against the Mr. Dilbagh Singh so that no other person will even think to do so like this. I will be waiting for the response. Sir I am Amit Sharma working as a lecture in MCA Department TCT college with oriental college. Sir I gone to speed post headquartes bhopal for receiving my degree send by the RGPV bhopal .Supervisor of the department demand me the money of Rs. 500 /- Except us nobody was there.When I say no he abuse me and hit me I say dot do, he again hit me from the leg, beat me from the brosejhaddu, min. of 4 and 5 slap . He is the supervisor of central/state govt. only for Rs. 500/- he hit me and put my complaint on the police station.
Sir if a govt employeee will do such type of work what is the difference between criminal and a govt. employee.
If not why criminals is not allowed for the government jobs.
I loss my reputation, my hand is paining from the hitting of legs, I ask many times but no body tell me the name of the person who can do such type of things.
