Worst company to dealt with Indiatimes shopping

I had placed two orders no. [protected] for Sony cybershot and [protected] for HCL ME Tablet . I got the delivery HCL tablet on 20.11.2012 but my cybershot was not delivered yet cybershot order was placed first . For the same I registered my complaint with your call center phone no. Your call center informed me despatch of the same on 15/11/2012 and gave me AWB no. On this reference I followed with fedex courier and fedex courier informed me AWB no. is fake and no packet is handed over to them against this AWB (having mail from Fedex courier). On 23rd there was marriage of my friend, for this ceremony I needed the camera. Due to non traceability of courier I placed a request with you for cancellation of order and bought this camera from market.







Since 21st I am following up for my money but no information from your side. I have called more than 5 times to your call centre no. but actually they are dump staff who are unable to understand.







Complaints:







1.Wrong information from your call center about despatch.



2.Fake AWB no.



3.I placed order on 11/10/2012 and Fedex courier confirmed date of handing over to them is 21/11/2012. For first ten days India times was sleeping. After raising my complaint they come in form and why are you sending the fake confirmation messages for despatch over mobile.



4.No call back from your company



5.When I requested for refund of my money and your guy registered complaint for cancellation then why not responded well in time. Your guy confirmed me TAT of 2 days in refund back of money. But now its more than 10 days and still no information



6.Yesterday I got message for delivery of packet on my mobile. Yet I have not received any packet.



7.Today I confirmed from Fedex courier and they confirmed me for non delivery of packet.







If I will not get back of my money back in next three days I will do worst whatever I can do in harming the image of your company.
