im amit verma. i was opted indiamart after they conviced me to promote my product on internet. last year i was charged 15, 000/- for promotion but i didnt get response. this year i decided to switch to other options such as alibaba and sulekha but one of there executive commit me gud business after he has realised that my promotion was not properly done. he made me alluring promises .i hav written proof of him. he took a advance of rs.10, 000/- from me, assuring me to take balance after i do all commitments. but then i called him . indiamart has fired him from job. new executive said that indiamart is not responsible for that guy. i asked them to give my money back . he said company once take advance will not return any sum. still when i see that nothing done i refused to pay them balance cheque and they barred my webpage. www.indiamart.com/forgemenindia pls help me. amit verma [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

Take them to court.Hope you have all the things they promised you in writing.If you do, get in touch with a good lawyer.Someone who is experienced with cyber law is preferable but any good lawyer is good enough.Your lawyer will mostly start by figuring out the various violations and the sections applicable.Then he may send a legal notice for which the charge will be max Rs.1000.or 1500.That will get the at indiamart sit up and take notice.If you want to file a complaint with the consumer forum, you can do that also.For that you dont even need a lawyer.Just a plain paper complaint will do.

ndiamart is beyond doubt a pucca fraud. The Company is certainly cheating. Due to the current trends in the field of Internet Technology, it is highly impossible for a Company like Indiamart to deliver result oriented Websites. Indiamart inform their customers " They will get lots of business enquiries through the Websites which are getting built by Indiamart. They collect more than 3-4 Lakh worth of amount per website to build the same from the Client. The client by having the greatest hopes about the Company invests the required charges to Indiamart. After collecting money, you have to chase them for more than 6 Months to one year to get the website built. ( Imagine - you never get the returns for your investment in the first year ) . And after all the followups, so and so's once the website has got built and once you verify the same, u will find only designs and templates - there wont be proper contents and there wont be proper keywords. Without content - what is the purpose of building a website ? For sure, your website will be PERFECT WASTE for your money.
If we are bit intelligent and knowing some informations about the Search Engines, we can very well observe the fact that the Websites are not really built in the way to generate results from Search Engines. I[censored] wanted to verify this fact, PLEASE CHECK THE CONTENTS OF EACH PAGE, Just by picking three sentences in all the pages and search in google seeking relevancy. Beyond doubt, you will get the almost similar texts in many other websites. Indiamart, since intentional frauds are not caring or bothering to write contents. For writing original contents, it requires much efforts and time. Why to give that some efforts for someone's Money??? To make thirty days work as a simplified single day's work, they COPY THE CONTENTS in the other websites and very easily fill the pages with the DUPLICATED contents and you are getting in hand an EYEWASH website. Your Money is gone.
Another thing - To make you satified for quite someperiod - ( Since at this period u will be eagerly waiting to watch the enquiries generated through Indiamart ) - they will send you shared enquiries. ( Since they are controlling all the Customers Sites - they will pass u out some enquiries from the other sites ) to satisfy you at the initial period. After some time - that assistance too - will fly away, since during that period they will be having brand new clients who are waiting like you who recently got their websites developed through India mart. Once you started enquiring regarding the stopping of enquiries, u wont get any feedback. They don't bother you now since now you stopped giving payments and Indiamart wont get any benefit from you. They would like to get hold of new fools who will fall into the trap of "BUSINESS ENQUIRY GENERATION " and they will respond to the OLD CUSTOMERS who are worth of Nothing??
After chasing them for a longtime - you will get fed up because by that time, the another renewal period will come and u have to pay a very huge sum to get the UNWANTED AND UNWORTHY RENEWAL DONE . ( If it is almost three years after building the websites, you would have paid almost 9 Lakhs> The Website charge 3 Lakh + Another 6 Lakh = 3 + 3 for two renewals ). If you have invested this money in buying some piece of land somewhere, you would have earned triple the times of amount without much efforts after this period of three years. Or if you have developed a website on your own using lots of free tools which are easily available in Internet, you would have spent, hardly 5, 000/- Rs. in total ( Just for domain registration and server space ) and if you have allocated 30 minuites of your time daily, you would have definitely built a Website which would have developed so nicely and that will be your own for ever.
You are also knowing Indiamart keeps Control on your WEBSITES. They knew each and every business enquiry you receive and each and every mail you send to your Client is being observed by Indiamart. Indiamart purposely does this to store all datas of the Website owner for selling the same to Crores of Money.
On finding out all these subjects, finally you will come to an end - where you dont want your website to be with them - and once u ask them to transfer the website to your server ( you may hire a server any time and host a website very easily on your own ), Indiamart will remove all their links from the website and it will be a sure waste like -wont deserve even for one Rupee.
I am an ex-staff of Indiamart and on seeing Innocent people who had lots of hopes in their life are getting cheated by Indiamart, i resigned the job and went away from them.
All the above are TRUE EXPERIENCES. You can check with minimum five experiences ( Talk to the customers personally and find out because the testimonials in India mart are duplicates ). Especially customers who Built 2 or more websites with Indiamart definitely explain you how much they sufferred because of THIS FRAUD INDIAMART.

i totaly disagree with above mention things. it usualy happen that when any company is having good client list some will be satisfied n some will be dissatisfied. and in indiamart the no of satisfied clients is very much. now lets talk about paying 3 lacks to indiamart. i m in conveyers business last year i just invested 22k n got business of at least 1 crore. then this year i invested 50k n got some of the very good inquiries n follw up is going on n most probably i'll convert 40-50 lacks business in just 2-3 months. MR TRUE INDIAN WHAT WILL SAY TO THIS. Well I have been a customer of indiamart for 6 years now and I'm quite happy with the services. In fact, I don't think I could have grown my company so quickly if it wasn't for the help of indiamart. And whenever I have had concerns I've called up their customer service and I'd say they have always been addressed promptly and professionally.
Indiamart is making frauds by saying they will charg just 15k and provide various features and services...after charging the same !!! We knew well India mart is fraud, Fraud and fraud. Collected more than 1000s of Proofs in hand. We are from a Media group. We are doing this purposely to bring an Awareness about this new fraud in the Market.
We contacted many of your Clients and collected their SUFFERING STORIES ( Please note - Not success stories ).
The evidences had been video taped, recorded and dear Indiamart - You people knew well, you are duping the market just by saying you are creating a Website. Many of the websites which had been designed by you carries copied contents. We appointed a team itself to verify and the records are with us.
We also have in hand the losers' records - who and all invested with Indiamart, what hopes they established with you and how much they suffered with you, how you swallowed their hardearned money like WHALES . All details are with us.
I[censored] say, you are genuine, no one would trust you. You have to act genuine and prove genuine. Atleast try to compensate the people who are suffering because of you by refunding the lakhs of amount you people collected.
We are giving you sometime to correct your mistakes. If you are not doing so, you will be brought in to the media soon with all CLEAR, PERFECT RECORDS.

But today my manager asked me to come to his cabbin at 3PM and he say's that i have to left the job as company is doing cost cutting...and i was like "really"...
I asked him the reason that why me then he says it is not on your performace basis. It is because the management decided that we ask people to left the job and to serve a resign today only.
Then i was in a big mental trauma that what has been happened in the couple of minutes as my whole life has been changed.
I thought might be i am the only one who is targeted but when i went out then i heard this thing is been doing on a high scale...
And about 50..60 people on 3rd party pay roll asked to leave without any reason. And the people on indiamart payroll are still working in there respective department and not even an single employee has been asked to leave.
Is this is the way to treat the employee.
I am the only person who is looking my whole family...now at this moment what will i do..
Is this is a employee satisfaction...is this is a way to treat people...
I am in a big mental trauma and not getting any way that how to handle the situation...but really want to help me out..because i am not the only one there are many more like me who have been targeted like this...
