im amit verma. i was opted indiamart after they conviced me to promote my product on internet. last year i was charged 15, 000/- for promotion but i didnt get response. this year i decided to switch to other options such as alibaba and sulekha but one of there executive commit me gud business after he has realised that my promotion was not properly done. he made me alluring promises .i hav written proof of him. he took a advance of rs.10, 000/- from me, assuring me to take balance after i do all commitments. but then i called him . indiamart has fired him from job. new executive said that indiamart is not responsible for that guy. i asked them to give my money back . he said company once take advance will not return any sum. still when i see that nothing done i refused to pay them balance cheque and they barred my webpage. www.indiamart.com/forgemenindia pls help me. amit verma [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

I have my own business of Video production and webdesign. I provide services like Corporate Videos and Commercial Photography. First of all Indiamart Charges heavy amount for hosting and building a website. If you hire someone else from outside a good website should not cost you more then 10, 000 rupees with flash design as I myself design and provide hosting services to my client. About Getting business lead: Not just the Indiamart but just dial, sulekha.com or infomedia Yellow pages they all charges too much and the outcome is very bad.
Now days when google is ruling internet it very hard for the indiamart website to come in top ten. Plus I will suggest all of you to consider google adwords for online promotions ... you will be charged only for the clicks you can also choose SEO which takes times to build but in the end provides good results ... Youtube is also good way to connect with your future clients by showing up your services... and all that will not cost you more 20, 000 . In the end i will suggest everyone not fall in trap of these websites they just want business for themselves not for you

I found a company named PARUL SANITARY ( also advertised as KING STAR SANITARY), Delhi-53 in INDIA MART withn TRUST SEAL. So I relied, after talking (by phone) to owner of the company Mr.Mahesh Kumar, deposited Rs.6000 in Bank Account provided by him on 07.11.12. But till date I did not receive any materials, even Mr.Mahesh Kumar not receiving my calls. I want to know why such fraud people got TRUST SEAL !! Where I can lodge my complaint, so that INDIA MART can take some action.

INDIAMART is a good company, and always gives support to the customer . But you people should identified that person, is he speaking logical or illogical . I think all of you have this quality to identify the right people . Second thing is, if you were not getting business then manage your profile from you side 4 to 5 times in week, like upload picture change detailing, put some information etc. Third thing is, If any people are not getting support from from local office then please directly mail to [protected]@indiamart.com regarding your issue the n you will get the solution but remember what ever you are demanding from Company it should be logical, I am telling you like that because you people are also business man . Indiamart will also do same if you can do with your customer .

Investigator familiar with employees or competitors of Indiamart needed to conduct a investigation into the business and other practices of Indiamart.com. Particularly interested in finding out if the management or investors are connected in any way to Ruchika Kinger, MBA HR, Vinove Solutions and her associates. Would like to know how she used fake references to get positions of great power, by pretending to be an engineer with many years experience, when she has never worked as an engineer, after looting the engineer of her hard earned money. Now the Ruchika Kinger and her gang are abusing the powers they have stolen from the engineer to further exploit and harass the engineer, causing financial losses and this has to be stopped immediately.

Indiamart is a big fraud, managed by Dinesh Agarwal. Robbed my money, no product/ services from Indiamart
Customercare is hiding.
1) I was getting 20 calls everyday from Indiamart scammers when I was free lister on Indiamart.
2) once I paid subscription for free catalog and buyleads –paid for 500 credit points . ( Manpreet Kaur scammed me) all my credit points disappeared in bogus/ fake/ fraud buy leads, even those buyleads will not have product details for them to quote. What if someone ask that he wants to buy “CLOTH”, without mentioning model, brand or any description. All my money were robbed in pushing me such bogus leads from their own generated companies. These frauds drained all my money . Besides I was promised free catalog site or link to my own website, but none was done. ( Have telephone recordings and email proof)
3) I called every one, nothing happened, then I complained to [protected]@indiamart.com, Even no response, But they deleted all my products/ listings and offers which were already there from last couple of months. Besides they did not reply to me despite my dozens of calls and email follow ups in last two weeks.
4) My company profile is blocked.
Now I am trying to call every tom dick and harry but no one comes on line., Swati, Singh, Ketan, Manpreet kaur, Vinay Bhagwani and Dinesh Agarwal are missing and not willing to reply professionally or resolve.
They just don’t want to hear complaint of their wrong doings.
Beware of Dinesh Agarwal, if you complain about services, you will be blocked and your money is gone, I am taking up matter with Indian trade missions- overseas and various international forums to make them learn business ethics. They are real shame for India.
Looks like Dinesh Agarwal, Brijesh Agarwal, Chetna Agarwal, M. K. CHOUHAN, RAJESH SAWHNEY, DHRUV PRAKASH needs to work on better thing to make money, rather scamming, cheating and duping people.

Today Jagjitsingh Chawla & his senior manager from Indiamart (andheri office) came to my office since i wanted to discontinue my 2 years old membership as we didnt get any business in last two years.
They said they just wanted to get a form signed from me for discontinuing my membership, they just tried to convience me by talking the same things again and again but when i resisted by saying i still do not wish to continue my membership the senior manager started using absurd language like " Sir aap faltu ki baat kar rahe ho, bekar ki baat ho rahi, kyu mein apna time waste karu" and all to which i resisted and said just get out of my office.
When i got angry on the words of the Senior Manager, Jagjit Singh Chawla tells me i am not talking professionally and that he can do anything to me, when i stood infront of him to challenge him what will he do he says " Come out of your office I will show you"

Indiamart is the biggest online fraud company in India.
Dont waste you hard earned money in Indiamart. Once you invest in Indiamart you lose that money for ever. They will tell you they will re credit the points if the their legal team found out that the leads are fake. But there is many condition to it. In all case it will favourable to Indiamart. And in then end if you are totally dissatisfied with India mart and if you ask for refund of money or cancellation of service. They cant do anything... Am a victim of the same. I purchased the Gold Package and i lost the entire money. Not a single lead is genuine. In the end, no refund, nothing...
