im amit verma. i was opted indiamart after they conviced me to promote my product on internet. last year i was charged 15, 000/- for promotion but i didnt get response. this year i decided to switch to other options such as alibaba and sulekha but one of there executive commit me gud business after he has realised that my promotion was not properly done. he made me alluring promises .i hav written proof of him. he took a advance of rs.10, 000/- from me, assuring me to take balance after i do all commitments. but then i called him . indiamart has fired him from job. new executive said that indiamart is not responsible for that guy. i asked them to give my money back . he said company once take advance will not return any sum. still when i see that nothing done i refused to pay them balance cheque and they barred my webpage. www.indiamart.com/forgemenindia pls help me. amit verma [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

- 1 mini catalouge
- 1 year on line promotion
- 9 months rotation banner & half year sky scrapper
- 1 year maintanance
- 1 year call me free & sms service
- 1 year sell offer posting
As on 3rd of Dec-10, I have recieved only mini catalouge which is duplicated from othersites after several follow ups.No on line promotion, no call free service, no sms nothing more.my contact no.is [protected] & email address is [protected]@gmail.com.If some body can advice me what can i do ?

Once again India Mart has proved that it is not Customer Oriented Portal. It’s not like pay money get service. It is like pay money than again pay more money than may be or may not be... It’s been a long story and going to be continued. They were (executives) talking, talking and talking last four months and no results. While making members they commit so many things and thereafter after getting payment they will tell you that you have to call promotional team and case will be transferred from one man to other. Also one of the senior most executive from India Mart (Mr. Amar Singh, Kolkata) has visited on 22nd March at our office after our file has been transferred from 3 executives and after long discussion promised within 2 weeks you will get several enquiries as they are going to do premium promotion of our Company for 15 days for no cost because we have refused to pay another Rs. 12, 000 for trust stamp. Because by now we understand that we paid Rs. 15, 000 for nothing and no trust anymore to pay another Rs.12, 000/- for anything. So we have told the gentle man that we will definitely pay for this if we were getting enough and genuine enquiries after 15 days because earlier we have already got few of enquiries which are not related to our Business at all. But now when we called him 2 days back and asked for our case status than he told you didn’t got a call from delhi office. We have asked for what and he told your case is handed over to delhi. So, no surprise for us and the same result has come. It is like Govt. Dept. And file will be going from one place to another.
But now we are very much sure that we are wasting our time and money with India mart by calling them and sending emails. So, we request to chief executives of India Mart to return our Money immediately because we haven’t got for what we have paid?
We don’t want any further assistance from India Mart regarding our Business Promotion and don’t want any further call from them too.
Please advise how the money will be collected??

This is something which i want to tell about indiamart a reknown marketplace of India i was working with this organisation by last 1 year on 3rd party payroll but i was appointed in the indiamart premises only but my pay roll was on another 3rd party vendor. Now due to the currency change, indiamart got a revenue crunch.Past 3 days back the founder of the company Mr. Dinesh Agrawal came in the office premises which is in Advant bussiness park, Noida and floted a very beautifull lines that due to the currency change we are going through some financial cresis as the revenue of the company go lt decreased on a rapid scale. So we are freezing the hiring in the company but he insured us that there will be no firing also and we will manage the whole work between us only without hiring extra manpower.
But today my manager asked me to come to his cabbin at 3PM and he say's that i have to left the job as company is doing cost cutting...and i was like "really"...
I asked him the reason that why me then he says it is not on your performace basis. It is because the management decided that we ask people to left the job and to serve a resign today only.
Then i was in a big mental trauma that what has been happened in the couple of minutes as my whole life has been changed.
I thought might be i am the only one who is targeted but when i went out then i heard this thing is been doing on a high scale...
And about 50..60 people on 3rd party pay roll asked to leave without any reason. And the people on indiamart payroll are still working in there respective department and not even an single employee has been asked to leave.
Is this is the way to treat the employee.
I am the only person who is looking my whole family...now at this moment what will i do..

Indiamart Intermesh is the biggest cheater, because i m also one of them as like u people they always try to make fool and tryinh to smaching money . i executiuve come and simply sella product on first week after hosting 2nd representative come and informing this existing service is not suits to ur company either go for a website or sit keep silent indiamart not give results to u . because ur product is not upto the mark ... if in case client go for a upgradation and make a website after 1 first weel of all sattelment 3 rd executive come and inform take a trust seal i[censored] not go for this ur listing will not on good position for that u cant get a good query and they very simply refuse all past commitment ... if in case u take a trust seal 4 th one execitive come and they try to sell a star supplier and definetly they beir[censored] very easily ... but dear frendscan any one tell me where is the busienss enquey which is related to our industry ... and lets we accept a things indiamart a good portal laks & laks of enquery are comming so what are those inquery which they are selling as a trade leads ... Dear i m very sure all tradeleads of indiamart our enquery because they have a CC copy and very easily they catch it ... and very simply we are becomming a fool every day .

Do not waste your money and time with IndiaMart. Worst service providers I have seen ever. They have no idea what they are doing. Sending new hires all the time who know nothing about your company and/or your problems. They just keep asking same questions over and over again. They don't keep a record of your prior interactions with them. Their "Executives" call to make an appointment and then never show up. Site is slow as it is running on some old server from the 90's. IndiaMart's manager at Indore office is a liar. In order to avoid meeting, he comes up with lame excuses.
I am pretty sure that I won't waste my money with them in the future and also will make sure all my friends/acquaintances who are their subscribers also cancel their membership with IndiaMart

They had their limit in advertising, now they are just doing fraud business. They are not able to complete the promises and commitments, even if its given in writing. You will get justice butr what about others.
I suggest for the domains and web hosting or a pure web site always go for the Web Hosting provider.
In them some are not good, and some are very good. I am registered with Insight Innovative SOlution, they did S.E.O. for my website and now i don't even need and portals. My own website is making money for me. I know one guy from this company you can contact him on [protected] - Navin

In April 2011, I was charged 16, 500/- for promotion but i didnt get response after sometime one of there executive "Sarvagya Uppadhyay" commit me gud business & 3 years subscription if I pay 31000 in total including 16500. he made me alluring promises like u will get a trust seal logo on your site, many more commitment like this, he took a advance of Rs.10, 00/- from me, assuring me to take balance after i do all commitments. but now he said that I didnt maid such commitment, your first 16500/- was for only catalogue designing etc..I even not had a single call, nor i have balanced in my India mart account (I have paid 26500 till now) if i want to buy any call.now i asked them to give my money back . I am agree with the above complaints against IndiaMart and I am also experiencing same thing. They are good unless until you pay and after payment they disappear. The sales team of indiamart is full of liars. The website they built is useless and only a templates. They just copy paste the contents with useless keywords. The most interesting fact that after website, they demanding more money by new ways that you will be on top of our list if you pay for this or that. They are not promoting the company. If we asked for information of business inquiry, they said you have to buy credit point to get the information of desire buyer and this is only for members, and if we ask them that we are member of indiamart then the answer is you are not member yet. You pay for website only and you have to pay more about 27k for become a member and 5k more for get trusted seal.
This is how they try to fool the people and get there hard earn money by fraud. They are the biggest fraud i have ever seen.

I am a total victim. I paid 30 Lakh to Indiamart an year ago by getting tempted with their fake promises. Initially during the duration of collecting the payments, they had been forwarding enquiries to me on a daily basis. Just seeing the no of enquiries i paid the amount in full. After paying the amount, just one Month, i was getting little responses and after which they started avoiding my Calls. Now started with 3-4 inquiries per day, i ended up getting 3-4 inquiries per Month. As far as the business is concerned, if we are getting more leads only, we can materialize something. By getting 3-4 leads per month, what materialization you could expect? Hence, the investment is going total waste. Some persons are earning monthly[protected] /- Rs an for that putting such greatest efforts. But India mart is looting HUGE funds in minutes by fake promises .
The company heads to be arrested immediately. I am undergoing a state of depression now and have thought of filing a Legal proceeding on this company.
Dont go near them. You will get drowned.
