[Resolved]  Indian Bank Online Transaction — Non refund of Failed Transaction

Iam filing it again because I did not get confirmation Email. Thi is a genuine Issue. Please Provide Help!
This is a transaction issue I faced when I booked a train ticket for my family in my Fathers Indian bank account.
On 5th April 2011. I booked some train tickets in IRCTC Website. One of the Transaction failed at final stage. The amount was debited from my Indian bank account but the ticket was not booked. IRCTC website records, inside my user account says Payment not received from bank. It is almost a month over and the amount was not debited.
I enquired at the bank twice regarding this. First time the person handling these Mr. Manohar of Indian Bank Ashok Nagar Branch, Chennai. asked me to give a letter explaining the details of Transaction.
When I went with the letter, the next day, without seeing it the same person said “For all online issues you need to send email to pgsupport @billdesk.com”.
So, I returned and emailed the issue to pgsupport @billdesk.com. After three conversations back and forth they said that they are not able to track the transaction and said that I need to contact the Bank where I have the account.
So, again I went to the Bank and this time to the Manager with all records as I have attached here. The Manager said give it to Mr. Manohar (The same person). I went to the same person and explained him and gave the records of email prints and the transaction details. He was a bit angry saying that what can we do? You need to ask [protected]@billdesk.com . I explained him that “when they are not able to track and asking to contact branch I can come only here” he did not say anything and kept the letter and records aside.
He was not cooperative any more and hence I left the bank and asked him when to come, I am sure for name sake he said it may take 1 week. Iam pretty sure he is not going to turn back.
I am really frustrated and need your help regarding the issue and need the amount Rs. 1010 and Rs.10 transaction charges back. My home is 1.5 Km from bank and I went to the bank 3 times only for this issue up and down. Internet Browsing for approximately 2 Hrs time which is all for this failed transaction.
Sir, If you have any further informations or questions on any details I would be greatly thankful for giving the same.

Hello sir... I faced problem on 9/10/20... While doing the transaction via indpay... The had been deducted my account but receiver did not receive the amount and caused payment failure.. Till now the deducted amount doesn't refund my account..
