BOOKING & LATE DELIVERY
Dear Sir,
I m presently residing at SanjayVerma.72/07 Partap Nagar, Sanganer, jaipur1 & consumer of Sanganer Gas Agency, 31/89-a Partap Nagar, Sector No.03, Sanagner, Jaipur . I would like to draw ur kind attention for remedial action for appended below points;
(i) Booking not being accepted on telecon / No responce for booking on tele.
(ii) Even after booking in presence, it take minimum 30 to 35 days for delivery. In between the period we r bound to take cylinders from out source by paying double amount. After numerous complaints no action is being taken at agency end.( At present booking was done on 06-Aug-2009 today is 14-Sept -2009 (Consumer No: 55474) & after rigorous follow up delivery. my both cylinders are blank.
Request ur intervention & help for necessary remedial action to avoid recurrence of the same.

I look forward for ur reply with remedial action taken.

I am really unsatisfied of Veena Gas Services which situated in Julena Gaon, Near Surya Hotel NDelhi-65 There no body pick up the phone which No they provided to card for bookin their Nois[protected],[protected]. If he picked the phone, but he can't here full talk of customer . So in one sentence their services are worst in India not only Delhi.
This is not only my problem all customer of this agency faces this type of problem if you want to exact no. you can take a survey about this agency service.
So I request to you pls take necessary action aginst this complained.

Indian Oil/ Gas — Booking and late delivery

Dear Sir,

We have been continuously facing the delivery of LPG gas after booking the gas at our Gas Agency "Yadu Indane Gas Seva",D-33,Site-4,Sahibabad Indl Area

On repeated phone calls they promised to deliver after 7 days and do not turn up in the committed day and further keep promising some other date or disconnected the phone.
Our Consumer No:26980,
Booking No:31308, date of Booking:24/10/09.( Till today 8/11/09, the gas is not delivered)

We need the senior authority to look into the matter.

1. Late delivery of gas after the period of 21 days.
2. they don't reply on telephone.
3. misbehave to the consumer.
4.deliver the gas with the low amount of quantity in it...

M/S LAL GAS AGENCY, SECTOR-8 FARIDABAD is not providing gas in time.gas booked on 17-3-10 has not been till date delivered.My consumer no.is LT3541.Will any body at indian oil look into it seriously. thanks l

We also have the similar problem with our delear(GAS cylinder)
Why the Govt is not taking any action on these complaints?
Where should a common man go ? is there any one to provide justice
