[Resolved]  Indian Oil Gas Cylinder — BOOKING PROBLEM

My Consumer No.-6303 and I am a resident of H.no-4, Rampur, Gitti mc, Chhota Governed, Jamshedpur-831015, JHARKHAND.(My Cell no.-[protected]). M/S Marang Buru Enterprises (Indane Gas), Chhota Governed is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 15 days over phone continuously for booking the gas cylinder. But I am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The Telephone no. provided by them[protected] remains busy and not answering, the gas has not been booked. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of Gas Cylinder.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system, and have some acknowledgment system to overcome this situation.

shell gas co. — delivery of leakage cylinder

inspite of regular reminder of leakage gas cylinder provided , noactions has been taken by the gas provider. my booking no is 10692
Hi,
MY consumer number is 61192 with M/s apana bazar, Sabarmati. I had booked for GAS cylinder on dated 5th march, but still I am not received it. Here we have to Go personally to Agency office for booking.
They are not Come on time at 10.00 am. Today, again I had visited office, but office was not open till 10.30 am.
Also the booking number[protected] never be ringing during office hours.
The staff of the agency are very rudely.
Requested to take some action.

I wanted to the second (additional) cyclinder but manimajra gas agency (Chandigarh) not give me best responce. My customer ID no is 25125.Regularly I am in touch with distributors office for getting an additional cyclinder.Even time said me that you are come after 15 days, still distributor not giving an additional cyclinder and not booked

Kindly look into the matter.

This complaint is against PL Gas & Services, Boral, Kol 145. I am one of the customer of them. last few days over i am trying to get them over phone for booking but some time it will ring and some will respond "HELO" then it will automatically go to ringing and or engage tune. i think they were delibarately doing it. they have plenty of cutomers in that area i.e. Boral, Brahmapur fully covered. They have two lines one is[protected]/1581.

Whom ever i asked abt this all are having in same opinion & no one is in happy with them. Hope you will understand the problem of not responding and will do the needful at the earliest.

But last 2 month i have seen your services is so bad, i had booked my cylidner 20 march 2011 but still cylinder not delivered at my home. I had contact to your customer care, they told i have to contact

to my nearest branch. When ever i contact to our nearest branch they told me your cyclider will be delievred with in 2 days but still not delivered. I have no complaint for your indian gas services but your workers are not working properly.

Every delievred person doing froud with all customers. I want that please take action with your branch manager who hadnling all the delivered boys. If you take any action i am really gratefull to you.

as per your replay my mail Distributor (FLAM CRAFT) behavior is arrogant and non cooperative and shouting and says that your Gas connation has blocked & also refusing to accept booking and now they asking give Rs. 60 with all residence proof .

Ear liar My Distributor was Fancy Cook. When some problem has occurred internally they
Transfer to Flam Craft From beginning they are arrogant .
My Husband job is in touring job I am living with one 14 month baby.
Please advice what to and how can I book my gas.
If nothing happens within a week I will be force to go to consumerform against the agengey for all responsibileties lies with you .

We are not able to conatct on phone . Always they keep thier phone engaged so taht customer cannot coontact them.

I ahve also booked by gas cylinder thorugh [protected] and 4967/5038 dated 13th June 2011 but it is learnt the gas is not booked.

I am not able to book . please suggest.

I book cylinder on 22/06/2011 through Telephonic service of IOL, refill booking No.[protected] and after 2-3 hour received Booking No.7216 and Cash Memo No.7214.After a week I received cylinder delivered message on 28/06/2011. So I decide to complain of the same. I try to connect agency but their phones no. are engaged.

Whatsoever, I received cylinder today at 06.30 PM 05/06/2011, I was shocked Cash Memo is manupulated through Stamp of Rs.399 and CM is showing 345.35.
because CM made on 22/06/2011.

Pls do whatever possible and suggestion you have.

It is very unfortunate that Gas Dealers are intentionally keeping their Phone engagd so that a bonafide customer cannot boook the gas and they create an intentional crysis as a result of which despite having double cylinders we are suffering from shortage of cylinders.

Just think an old person who has no body to help, what shall he do if this is the system of booking ??? Please ttry to find solution and intruct Gas dealers to keep their phone un-engaged.

I have done booking on dated 24.06.2011 and serial No. is 1037. It has been 18 days and For the last 4/5 days, I m trying to get home service, but nobody is there to attend the call. Sometimes phones are busy and sometimes phones are not attended. After that I went there but they are neither listening nor working properly. They just say tomorrow we will do it but they are exactly undone. And for your kind information this problem is not of this month but is in routine. Hence I am facing a lot of problem.

I agree, same thing happened with me at Petrol pump, opp. McDonald, near karishma signal, karve road, Pune. The guy has started to fill the petrol, the counter start from zero and directly reach to 50 (without 1, 2 and so on) then he said there is no petrol in this pump and then given petrol of 150 Rs from another pump. he cheated me of Rs 50.

We are saying the government is corrupted but in our country 80% people are corrupted, no one loose the chance to do corruption whenever they got and do the best of their level.

This is in regard of my experience with a INDIAN OIL petrol pump at NEW BEL ROAD, NEAR RAMAIHIA HOSPITAL, OPP NANDINI RESTAURANT, DEVASANDRA, BANGALORE My complain is as below in detail, i asked for Petrol of Rs. 200. I left the pump and wondered why my bike ran 50 km less this time. I again went to the same pump and got Petrol of Rs. 200 this time i felt something wrong, i felt that the meter was not zeroed, but still i was not very sure. The next time i saw a guy fighting with the station boys about giving less petrol. Then i decided to watch carefully next time. I was waiting behind a guy who demanded Petrol of Rs. 100 and Previous to him a guy filled Petrol or Rs. 30. so the guy started filling from 30 only. i alerted the person getting cheated but he showed less interest and upon all the guys at filling started shouting at me. so this is the story. after that i have stopped filling at that pump. Daily many customers fights with these peoples.

Please consider my complain seriously and do punish those guys.

(The guys at filling station has many tricks eg 1. they keep us busy in talking meaning less things as 'sir please go for Rs. 201 instead of Rs. 200. 2. while the previous customer has filled petrol of Rs. 50 they do not zero the meter and start filling from 50 only so we get petrol of Rs. 150 only keeping our view blocked.)
