[Resolved]  Indian Oil Gas Cylinder — BOOKING PROBLEM

My Consumer No.-6303 and I am a resident of H.no-4, Rampur, Gitti mc, Chhota Governed, Jamshedpur-831015, JHARKHAND.(My Cell no.-[protected]). M/S Marang Buru Enterprises (Indane Gas), Chhota Governed is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 15 days over phone continuously for booking the gas cylinder. But I am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The Telephone no. provided by them[protected] remains busy and not answering, the gas has not been booked. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of Gas Cylinder.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system, and have some acknowledgment system to overcome this situation.

my connection no. 6147 at M/s Mathura Gas Service, Dampier nagar, Mathura, I booked my refil on 26.11.2008 and company deleved the cylander on dt. 03.12.2008, when i went to company for the booking of refin on dt. 17.12.2008 after the 21 day of previous booking date then the company refuse to book the cylander and they say come after 21 day of delivery of cylander, again on 23.12.2008 i booked my next cylander then they delived the cylander on 02.01.2009
Duration of two cylander the company delived the cylander in one month and my cylander is empty in 18-20 day then what can i do either buy the cylander in black by paying more money or i arrange coal for cooking food pl reply me

Booked LPG on[protected]. Has not been spplied till[protected].Irregular &inefficient as well as less weight LPG Supply earlier also.Many Harrassed Consumer like me.Please help.
I have booked cylinder around 17 days back in Gandheri Gas Agency, Sector 2, Rohini, but I did't get cylinder till date (19.1.2009). What happned, why it's so delay. My complaint no. is 1 and my consumer no. is KM 2015. Your quick response will be appriciated.

My consumer no.25492 and I am a resident of M-34 A/2 Dilshad Garden, Delhi-95(My cell No. is [protected]) M/s Sindu Gas Enterprises (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 5 days) over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected], 22575960,[protected] remains busy and not answaring, the gas has not been booked. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder.

Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.

dear sir, i m facing regular problem to book my lpg reffling, my dealer ms vishal gas shahdra not is picking telephone or alwayas put phones on hold, switch off .thay are not responding properly.from last 10 days our cyldr is leaking very much, it is a safty issue for all, he is not replacing cyldr even aftr recomended by emergncy service provider, should we complnt to police?

My gas No is MG17021.I booked for refilling cylinder on[protected] on your computer number.But on enquire to my gas agent she told me i have not receved any booking call from the computer lock calls.my gas agnent is Mohali Gas Agency, Phase V, Mohali.And on[protected] I visit personally to the gas agency to enquire the same but the answar from gas agency till date we have not recevied any computer lock call.but on enquire on telephone, the computer locked call is showing pending call but gas dealer is not ready to commit for the same.and i open my second cylinder on[protected] on[protected] gas cylinder is empty.how can it possible, sir we have only three members family and having lunch at office.I am sure there is some garbar from gas agent people in gas cylinder weight.pl.look into matter and solve my problem at the earliest.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am finding lot of problem in regards to lpg reffling. They always fix the time for sending the cylender at house. They even don't send on time. My consumer number is 20214 it is on the name on Pramod Kumar Sharma. They even do the black. They give time for delivery is 10 day's and ask to maintain the gap of booking is 21 day's. How will an individual manage for 31 days per a family. LV Reddy Agencies is feeling difficult to manage please give other agencies a chance so that services can be improved upon. LV Reddy Agencies tel nos [protected] and [protected] it's very difficult to get contact. When I tryed and call on[protected] they told it will be delivered by the same day evening and it was not done. I need to wait till[protected] and my booking date was[protected]. I Have a regular customer of Mathura Gas Service, Dampier Nagar, Mathura Last few years. My ageny owner not delivery my home before 15-20 days & again booking after 21 days after delivery. So i received only 3-4 LPG in 6 month. how could i manage, i want atleast one LPG in one month.

Indian Oil Limited / LPG Cooking Gas cylinder — No response from the dISTRIBUTOR

I had been trying to call all the telephone numbers of our Indane Distributor to make a booking for a gas cylinder for the last 4 days. They have 4 land line numbers. Most of the time 3 of the them are busy even if I continuously call them for 2 hours. One of them rings and no body attends. Sometimes some of the earlier 3 does ring...but no body picks it up. The name of the Distributor is given below. Please help me get these people do their work properly and not make the customer feel like a beggar in front of them.

dear sir/madam, my consumer no is A47033 and I am a resident of flat no 202, new royal nest apt, beside basant sahney children hospital, w.marredpally, secunderabad.(and my phone no is[protected].M/S Anupama gas agency, is the distributer of my connection. Whenever I try to contat the said agency the phone remains busy and many times they have a endless hold. So I have booked online on 24th Jan. The booking no is 4. Yesterday I spoke to Anupama gas agency, and it was told that on 13th Jan they have deliverd cylinder under my connection. I want to know how they can deliver the cylinder on 13th January when I have booked only on 24th Jan. It smell something fishy in this and I want to book a complaint against the agency. Please inquire into this and intimate me.

Our Gas service provider - Kameshwar Gas Service, Shop No.1, 2, 3-Municipal Market, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu, J&K State is always refusing to provide door service despite of the fact that our residence is only within a range of 2.5 kilometers from his shop.We booked our cylinders under the booking no.1381, 1382 dated[protected] & booking No.1396 &1397 dated[protected].He always gives wrong interpretation for not providing the door service by saying that my riksha person has reached our house & our house was locked & for the recent booking some lady from the house has refused to take the gas cylinder.What a non-sence responce from your gas delars?It a curse on your part how the public dealing persons behave with the general masses.
More heniance crime the delear is doing is that he is tampering the bottle neck sealing & removing at least 4-5Kgs. of gas & then resealing & selling the same cylinder to the public which I have brought to the notice of the delear who hardly cares for the same & his way of talking is generally reude with the public.Our consumer No.are-KT2011 & KT2012 & the Phone number of the gas delar is[protected].
In case our complain is not being redrussed within 24 hours we (the whole of the localitty falling our vicinity)will disconnect our connection from your company.

Indian Oil Outlet, Near Safdarjung Hospital — oil cheating

Dear Sir,

Today I filled up oil in my car at Indian Oil outlet, near safdarjung hospital, As per my caluclation i m getting less oil.

Those people are just stand in front of meter, in between the oil provider person stop the line and just said its over. when i saw my meter, that time I found, i m getting less oil.

Please take any necessary step.

Sir, Subject- complaint against Arunodya Gas service Sadar Bazar Cantt Lucknow UP
I am cumstomer of above Gas agency. Agency has appionted Mr. Sharma r/o Anand Nagar for distribution of home delivery. Sales Man of Mr. Sharma are not Good. One sales man stolen my gas cyclinder from house. I have lodged complaint to Mr. Sharma and Gas agency but no action taken yet.
They openly sold LPG cylinders in black in the market.
2. Communication of the employees deputed for delivery of LPG cylinders alongwith dealing of the proprietor h with the customers is not good.
3. Gas in cylinders always underweight and the seal of the LPG cylinders always found broken as the employees deputed in the godown may pilferage the gas.
4. The phone/mobile numbers installed at the agency for booking are always out of order.
5. They did not deliver the gas in time.
I request you please instruct the incharge of Arunodya Gas service to check the service of Mr. Sharma.

Indian Oil Limited / Madhu Gas Agency LPG Connection — Refuse to accept New Connection Request

Sir,

I am residing at Mayur Vihar Ph-III. I need one new gas connection. I visit to locally authorized Madhu Gas Agency (indane) Vardhmaan Plaza Mayur Vihar Ph.-III Delhi-110096. They refused to accept new connection application. They told me that IOCL has been stop accepting new connection request.

Is this true? I contacted to one more Indian gas agency, they informed that there is nothing like that. Please help me out as I am in need of new LPG connection.

My self suresh sigh thakur. from yamuna nagar, haryana.my cumsumer card no.16783.in our city there is an agency of kaveri gas when ever we goes for buying gas affter 10 am they always says that the has been finished but they have gas in their godown their workers aiways speak rudeiy .

With due respect I would like to lodge complain against LAXMI INDANE jain mandir road khajuraho dist chhatarpur(M.P) PH[protected] .I would like to state some important points against
1) There is no delivery on time. Even after ten to fifteen days after booking.and when we enquire about it we use get reply that no stock, no delivery man etc. and this the story of every month
2) There no home delivery. When we ask about it he use to make nonsense excuses like no vehicle, no staff no deliveryman etc .
3) He gives suggestion to go to the godown and collect cylinder and take extra charge of it.
4) He free black markets the cylinder. He. have no fear of any high authority
5) If say we of complain he say he has setting from top to bottom . nobody can take action against him. According to him all your staff is corrupted.

Not only me, hundreds of customer from khajuraho are unsatisfied from his service So I hope some action would be taken against his Agency. and against his black marketing.
