I am still expecting a registered post from Jordan ITEM n° RR[protected]JO and to be delivered to Bangalore postal code 560017.
according to the web tracking, the mail is still in jordan but i have called jordanpost and they informed me that it is already in bangalore. it is been more than one and a half months since registering the tracking of this post.
I called the concerned post office in bangalore and they asked me to contact the postman!!. they do not recognize the tracking number nor that it is a registered mail and need to be delivered.
kindly help me, Sir
