To The Director Complaint Delhi Subject- Vehicle (Motor Cycle) Booked gone missing (No status Available) Sir I booked my own motorcycle to be dispatched from Delhi (DLI) to Jaunpur City (JOP) on 4th Nov’2010. Details of the same below- Booking Date – 04 Nov 2010 Time- 2:30- 3:00 PM Approx Bilty No- A-0001023 Bill No.-[protected] Place of booking-Delhi (DLI) Station Train No.4008 (Sadbhavna) Bike Name and No.- Hero Honda Splendor NXG, DL 5S X 2358 Name of Person- Shivaji Singh Contact Detail- S-225, Black Building Opp-Akshardham Metro Station 1st Floor, Pandav Nagar New Delhi- 110092 Mobile-[protected] Clerk who made booking – Mr. Malkhan Singh Person with whom I am taking follow ups- Mr. Ramavtar I was told that bike would be dispatched along with you in the same train I m travelling (Train name Sadbhavna (4008). Since the date of booing I am checking status regularly on both stations (DLI & JOP) but not getting any satisfactory answer. On 9th Nov when I came back to Delhi I was told that my Vehicle has been sent through Sadbhavna Express (4008) Details Below- Train No.4008 Date- 9th Nov’2010 R/SLR No.-06735-A 2nd Com Still I am unable to track the status. Station master sitting at Jaunpur City Station (JOP) is claiming that he don’t have any communication and people (Authorities) at Delhi Station are saying that they are responsible for dispatching it only. Sir, I am in the situation of dilemma and has ended pouring money to search my Vehicle. It’s my humble request to take it up and sort the issue out. I surendra Kumar wish to inform you that I have booked the LT parcel in Brahmputra Mail for Delhi to Dimapur vide LT no 544162 dated 29/11/2010.
1) On 4/12/2010 I had visited to Old Delhi parcel Booking room and found the goods are pending on delhi Platform.
2) I requested to booking staff and inform him that the item is property of Military Hospital Dimapur.
3) than they were promised to me that the the goods to be loaded tonight in Brahmputra Mail.
But we are very sorry to say that the goods are not arrived at dimapur railway staion.
Therefore, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange for the necessary action.

I Pawan Kumar booked my scooty from NGRT railway station on 09.01.2017 which has been reached DLI station 11.01.2017. The consignment is still lying at the respective railway station as i can see in online status.
Request you to kindly arrange to move it further till its destination as soon as possible.
