Sir,
My train is 12557 from gorakgpur to delhi vide pnr no [protected] on 26.8.2017 at 18:30pm but on ntes it is showing late by 02 hours 10 min so the time is 20:00pm as per ntes. But when i reached station the train left the station on 19:30pm. Ntes is sowing wrong info after that it shows correct but train left. Please refund my amount rs 2470....

Train no 13019, DOJ-09 Aug 17, 3AC class, from howrah to muzaffapur.provided all 4 bed rolls were unsealed, bed sheets, pillow cover, blanckets in dirty condition, bed sheets were not pressed even.when i asked to attendent for complaint register then he replied jise batana h bta do ye raha bed roll ke cover pe no call kr k bata do.i called on that no but no any representative were available to receive my call.it shows dadagiri of indian railway...

I namely Mr. N. Anand booked four items I.e. One motor cycle, three are house hold items on 01/07/2017 at old Delhi parcel office in train no. 14056 Bhramaputra express with pnr no. [protected]. But out of four only one item received and another 3 house hold till not received. Request take suitable necessary action for early deliver to me which is very necessary at home please.

My name is Trishla Dubey and I am travelling from Delhi to Durg by Humsafar express. I have issues regarding improper allotment of seats in 3rd AC. According to the rules, generally senior citizens must be allotted the lower berth but still two young boys have been given the seats. Parking charges at surat railway station is rs.50/-per three hours.
No one stay their for three hours except when trains are late which is very rare now a days.
This is too much charges to pay rs.50/- for half an hour as receiving or sending any pass anger hardly takes 30 minutes so it should be hourly basis.
Go through the case and find out whether it is alright or justify.

a) Total 7 passenger of the family to travel Bandra Terminus (BDTS) to Marwar Jn. (MJ) on dt. 15.08.2014
b) Tickets were booked online as per the Reservation Slip Provision 6 persons in single form.

I booked my scooter regn No. MP 20 KB 6871 from Delhi Jn to Jammu Tawi on 25/11/2012 vide Railway receipt No A[protected] for self delivery at Jammu Tawi. I travelled in Train No. 12413 Pooja Express vide PNR No.[protected]. Sir,
At Ernakulam Junction, the contractor is charging excess parking fees. he had deployed goons and thugs who doesnt have uniform or proper id cards for the same. Parking fees prescribed by railways is depicted. However they are charging excessive fees. For 1 hour railways had prescribed fees of Rs2 for a motor bike. However theese goons are demanding Rs 5 or even Rs 10 for the same. While questioned they charged against me....

I carried a small 32" LCD TV(94cm x 20cm x57.5cm) from Kozhikode to Ernakulam South Station in Train number 16308 dated 15 August 2011 . whether it requires any booking for carrying such a small TV of 12.4 Kg? Railway charged 300 Rs as fine for the same([protected] AF 142901 Jibi Mol Sr. TE Ekm). i believe it is my legal right to carry a small tv with me.

beyond the platform at Kazhakuttam station.Alighting here is very difficult for aged ladies and pregnant ladies. They have to jump to the station

The First class passengers of the 2922 flying ranee super fast express between surat to mumbai central are facing tough times specially between valsad to vapi and then dhanu to borivali as the daily pass holders are allowed to enter the bogie.

the indian railways provide free passes for gallantry award winners of the chakra series of the indian army and not the Sena medal (gallantry) awardees. whereas a point of concern where the same system provides the free pass facility to the PGM awardees of the police when the PGM award stands junior to the Sena Medal award (gallantry). the army personnel awarded the Sena Medal have risked their lives to highest extent and are even disabled....

Dear Sir,

I, along with my wife, travelled from H Nizamuddin to Agra by 2280 Taj Express on 13-03-10. My ticket was in waiting list (WL2 and WL3). However, I boarded the train in D7 coach and there were several others in the coach who were having waitlisted ticket and many with ordinary unreserved tickets.

While Ticket Collector, Mr Shivcharan, checked the tickets found few of the confirmed ticket passengers...

This is to bring in notice by all the reserved passenger of Indian Railway against the entry of MST pass holder in reserved coaches mainly in Sleeper coaches. These guys are issued the pass for journey in the general class. But they not only enters in reserved coaches but also miss behave with the passenger.
