Why Is the delay over 6 hours train no. 03225bas been delayed for more than 7 hours the journey is already long enough but making it delay for more than 7 ain't good. You should allow the more delayed trains first. Than the less delayed ones. But the one getting delayed is this train please take more cautioun in not making the trains delay for more than 3 hours

    I had booked ticket on 02/09/2023 for traveling from USL TO BSB from Gondia BJU EXP (15232) train and the train has been Diverted & not came to the my boarding station so that I filled TDR on 02/09/2023 & now I got a status of that my filed TDR is repudiated by Railways, and reason is train is not Diverted or cancelled. How is that possible. The train no. 15232 has been Diverted by 02/09/2023 to 09/09/2023 from other route and not came to USL station. Please check again all details. My current TDR status is attached with this mail.

      I boarded my the train 12331 at Patna junction and my berth is consistently occupied by a number of ladies who have been sitting on my berth without ticket and consistently refusing to leave the seat . Please do the needful as I have to travel a journey of 10hrs it is not quite possible to stay in these kinda situations, resolve this ASAP please .

        I parked my car at Ambala cantt main parking car parking, the attendant demanded my key and hundred rupees cash for a one day car park, refuse them to give my key so they started abuse, violence and and didn't allowed my car to be park there, I even informed them that you can't behave like this I am also an advocate, later I found out that one Mr Sardaar sitting there who did all these illegal & unlawful actions was not even a parking attendant there.

        As a tax paying citizen and a rightful member of the court I expect action on that person Mr Singh whose details can be traced out from other parking attendants and abusing common general public.

        I have lodged an online grievance on the portal as well.

          My self a daily passenger from tarakaeswar, hooghly, west bengal. Every year after biswakarma puja they start their overactive petroling when trains halt in station and their activity long till diwali.
          In this time they come whenever train reach in the station and if anyone puts his or her bag on the seat and goes to the washroom or go for some food rpf will take the bag when the co- passenger informed rpf that he or she go for washroom or others they ignore it. When the passenger come to rpf, rpf treat with them as thief or wrong person. After that they arrest the passenger who claim his bag and taking him to the rpf office and harrash him badly.With addition if anyone takes the passenger side rpf will also warn him.
          After some harassment or taking some money without any receipt they release the passenger.
          In our area the gap between two trains is 40 to min and the arrested passenger also late for his office.
          Every year we facing this problem they show their power and taking money from daily passengers if they deny to pay some fine then rpf shouted to him and told if not to give fine than we will give you case which are actualy wrong case.
          Rpf are public servant they should protect us but they put us in harashment by showing their power. Specially it happened on the 7.55 a.M dn train .
          Lastly, there is some satta and ganga shop outside platform infront of rpf office they not take any action to shut these type of shop instead the shopkeepers are often a member of their petrol party. Station master also know all but he is in silent mode.
          We wish that you are taking the proper action to stop dadagiri of rpf in tarakeswar.

            Dear officials, Train no 15656/15655 Katra to kamakhaya express comes in category of express train but dont stops at Yamuna nagar jagadhri station because for Motihari-Bettiah-route only 1 train(15654/15653) is available for this route that stops at yamunagar jagadhri, people are facing major difficulties to reach to next station saharanpur that is far away. We people of yamunanagar wants atleast 2 trains for motihari route. This train 15655/15656 has been given time 1hour 5min from ambala cantt to saharanpur. Kind request from Yamunanagar people to make this train to halt at Yamunanagar jagadhri station(YJUD), the train stops 20minutes at saharanpur, request you to reduce the stoppage at saharanpur and halt the train at YJUD respectively. Train average speed is not effe ted.

              We are traveling from Indian railways. But there are important train are stopped from running from Bhusawal Junction to Pune Junction because of this train are connected to Important Cities and this train are helpful for many government employees as well other employees and helpful for college students to who are traveling between Mumbai to other places.
              So I request to start the train no 11025/ 11026 Bhusawal - Pune Hutatma express on daily regular basis.

                TDR in CR REPUDIATE status

                Hello Team,
                Booked train from Chennai central to Coimbatore in RAPTISAGAR EXP (12511)PNR: [protected]. Normally train will arrive at Central by 22: 50 and well be departed at 23:15. But on 15th September train delayed more than 11 hrs and arrived next day on nearly 09:00 and left by 09:40 only.
                I have filed TDR nearly 3 hrs before the arrival on Central.
                TDR Filing Date: 15 Sep 2023 | 07:45PM. Still I got reply as STATUS:...

                Respect indian Railways
                We dont have halts from 10 years
                But the population increased in last 15years due to industries factories around yellamanchilli
                In india every train start from district head quarter will stop in top mandal and MLA constituency
                We need every train start frm Visakhapatnam to stop at yellamanchilli
                There are so much of public Hyderabad Bangalore please provide one min halt for 08543 Visakhapatnam banglore weekly exp and 12861 Visakhapatnam mahubnagar express.
                From many soldiers asking for 20805 Ap express to travel Delhi for their duties.
                Even there are many rajasthan gujarat traders wants to travel their native place so please provide for 20803 Visakhapatnam gandhidham exp

                Even ours Member of parliament requesting railway from 2016 to 2023 asking for ratnachal express 12717 to direct connect state capital train and for vijaywada temple devotees even there is no train services between 11clock morning to after noon 3 clock

                Even we need trains to Mumbai konark express and Mumbai LTT express to travel other countries from Mumbai international airport
                Special trains halts to Hyderabad and tirupati and Ganga pushakar devotional yatras trains
                We has SEZ with 50 companies Pharma industries and baba atomic energy centre and naval base around us

                Public are angry after giving representation letters to railway officers but no resolution.due to this we don't have development and unable to see development, public women old age people struggling due to this issue

                Ministry of Railways please provide only 1 min halt for below trains please take this issue as serious issue, before public doing protests agitations

                  I request Indian railways to include Penukonda Junction (PKD) which comes under Bangalore division as a stop for Coimbatore -Mumbai Express - 11013 runs daily as there is no direct train connectivity to Tamilnadu through trains from here.
                  As Penukonda is the major town with KIA Motors India cars are being exported from this railway station to across India and many other companies established in the last few years, many people from other states such as Tamilnadu are migrated here for work. This will help all of them to travel from Penukonda to their destinations.
                  Kindly consider this request and do the needful

                    We are regular travel of Jalgaon to Chiplun but not any train was stopped in Jalgaon junction to going a Konkan region, as far we are going to Bhusawal Junction because of they are getting a official stop .
                    So I request to 2 min stop a train no 12617 Up & 12618 down Mangala Lakshdweep SF express At Jalgaon Junction.

                      Chennai East tambaram Railway station charges too much fees. They are charging Rs 30 for scooters and bike parking for 24 hours. For 12 hours, they are charging minimum Rs25.

                      for example 1 day + 3 hours (27hrs)are 2nd day, these contractors charging Rs30+35= Rs 65.00. When we enquired, the vendor says, this is cost proposed by Indian Railways. Kindly look into this matter and help the public.

                        I am from West Bengal and my complaint is regarding train availablity between Kolkata to Hyderabad. We got 2 trains for many many years now and no new train has been introduced. Falaknuma exp takes 26 hours and Eastcoast exp takes 31 hours which is really long. I have to travel to Hyderabad 6 to 7 times in a year and flight is the only option as I don't get much time to plan my travel. It's high time that we should get another train option between Kolkata to Hyderabad especially a Duronto exp. Please look into this issue it will help many folks as for people with jobs in Hyderabad flight is the only option to travel.

                          07152&07153, 12787&12788, 17231&17232. We have lot of students, state and central Govt employees, other private finance, medical and industrial sectors working people. Earlier we have stops for all trains in this station code BVRM, but later it is not given stoppage. Many times we requested for exceptional stop.

                              I had a confirmed ticket of 4 passengers in Bagh express train no: 13020 which we were to board the train at 6:10am from Lucknow NR Station. But when we reached the station we got to know that train is late by 3 hrs 36 mins so I filed a tdr according to the refund rules that if the train is late more than 3 hrs and you did not board the train you can get a full refund. So I filed the tdr 3 hours before stating the correct reason. That train arrived at 9:54am and was actually late more than 3 hrs and we did not board the train. Despite of all the reasons my tdr was repudiated stating delay in it which is wrong. I am suppose to get my refund I don't know what else to do.

                                On 31/8/2023 boarded 13329, at Dhanbad first AC coach H1 - D 11 & 12. AC was not working. It started 5 minutes before departure. Toilets were very Dirty. No Liquid Soap, No Toilet paper. Jet was clogged. No wash basin outside toilets, in the passage.

                                  We have 4 reservation seats in the coach D11 in Taj express dated 30th Aug 2023 . We have reached the station 7 am and train timings was of 7:26 am . When the train arrived it was unbelievably overcrowded. We tried with our full potential to board the train but it wasn't possible to board the train . Reservation coaches was full with the non reserved passengers . I don't know why TT was allowing the people without reservation to travel. When the train started, there was a TT at his coach whom I asked to stop the train by giving signal but he blamed us that we don't know how to board a train . It was very unfortunate to hear this out that we have to first get trained for boarding the train . It means you shouldn't have tickets to reach your destination instead you should how to hang on doors and windows to reach the destination.

                                    Frm BAM to HWH, but we get the message PLEASE NOTE:T.NO.12704 FROM SC TO HWH EXPR.LEAVING SECUNDERABAD ON 21.08.23 IS PARTIALLY CANCELLED BETWEEN BRAHMAPUR AND HOWRAH STATIONS. We filed TDR on 21.08.23 at 9 pm but got rejected with the message- Reason for Repudiation/rejection: Invalid TDR Timestmap : PARTIAL. Why did we get rejection? Refund the money as soon as possible.
