[Resolved]  Indian Railways — Bed Bugs in the bed sheets and unhygienic toilets

I'm traveling from Hyderabad to Agra in Kongu express. Train no: 12647; date: 11th June; Coach No:A1; PNR No:[protected]. Though Indian railways is charging exorbitantly more price for passengers, in this train I experienced that they are treating passengers badly. The bedsheets given to me were dirty and had hundreds of BEDBUGs which almost killed me with so many bites on my body and face. I am completely sleepless all the night. AC is not regulated properly by the train personnel. Toilets are also stinking badly as there is no proper cleaning service. I sincerely request you to take an immediate action on this.
