Indian Railway — Uncontrolled hawkers
Dear Sir,I have been frequently travelling via Khandwa Junction through meter guage. Since years the hawkers at this junction on platform no 1 charge more than exsting charges at all other stations (decided by railway). When railway rate for mineral water was Rs 10 they use to charge 12 and now when railway had made it Rs 12, they charge Rs 14. There is no control over them. If we argue they misbehave. When approached to station master, he did not take any action.
yes i am agree with you, when i bought a bottle of rs. 10 we see the seel pack is ok which is wrapped with a blue tape when i opened it i shocked and saw this seal is opened and drink this water, which is not purifier, i travel in the train on 12 june 2009 still now i am suffering from cold and i have consume 600 rs. in my health in the medical.

Dear Sir,
I was travelling in train no 22872 Tirupati to Bhubaneswar on 25.11.2012 in B2 coach seat no.12 from Vijayawada to Palasa. I wish to lodge the following complaints with railway authorities to improve the maintenance of the coaches.
1.I found cockroaches in the compartment.
2.one of the toilets is being used as a cabin for storing bed rolls and it is locked and kept under the custody of the attendant thus depriving the passengers of one toilet.Photograph pertaining to this is attached herewith.
3. The other toilet which is opposite to the one indicated vide item 1 above is very dangerous as there is a metal strip provided on the closing side of the door. Because of this arrangement while closing the door passengers are getting hurt on the backside of the palm below the wrist. The matter was immediately reported to the TTE and i was informed that he will report to the concerned at Vizag station.A copy of the photograph is attached herewith.
4.The fan in the toilet vide item no.3 is removed and not fixed. Please find the attached the photograph.
Thanking you,
A.Srinivasa Rao
