[Resolved] Indian Railways Enquiry System — Rly. enquiry on Phone no 139 | |
The rly.enquiry No 139 do not provide any response at BSNL Landline at Indore. If you want any information on phone No 139 the response is "your querry is invalid please try again' where as if you dial 139 on BSNL Mobile Phone response is availiable for which cost Rs 5/00 to Rs 6/00 are charged through yr mobile Phone bil This has been reported to Indore Railway Station Manager and they conveyed that they can not help in this regard. This type of problem started after New Railway Minister Mamta Banerjee took charge of Railway Ministry This matter should be investigated in detail as to why information is not provided on BSNL Land Line Phones and Information is made availiable on BSNL Mobile Phone at huge cost. indian railway enquiry system is needed to upgrade sothat all phones could be recieved, i am also calling for 1 hour, at indore railway but no responce.. please .

the telephone enquiry service at MARIANI Jn is so poor .. i kept on calling but there was no response from the other End... due to lack of information we passengers suffer a lot.. par kisiko kya fark padta hai.. jiske saath hua, wohi jaane apni taqleef.
