[Resolved] Indian Speed Post — Non Delivery of article | |
Hi, This is regarding an speed post article EM[protected]IN which was posted from Mumbai to Bokaro Steel city on 29th November 2009. As per the speed post tracking website the article have reached Bokaro on 6th decemeber itself ( 06/12/2009 09:33:35 to be specific ) but the same has not been dispatched from B.S CITY R.S postoffice to the destination address. Upon calling the B.S CITY R.S post office, first time they asked me to call after an hours time. When i called them back for the second time there was no proper response as somebody kept on saying that this article dosen't comes under their post office zone. But i told them that according to the website the article has been delivered to this post office only, however he was reluctant to listen to anything. I am sreekala unnikrishnan residing at navimumbai region coming under the Panvel postal circle Didn't received an article which is posted on july 17th 2010 from thrissur ( Article No: EL[protected]IN ). I enquired at panvel post office , but they have no idea about my article. The same article no post delivered there on july 19th but it is not in my address,its for Reader's Digest office. How it is happening? Please do any immediate action for getting my articles. It contains original certificates & Docuements of car.

An article was dispatched on 10.11.2010 from Gangapur City (Rajasthan) by speed post vide acknowledgement No. ER[protected]IN. to Hisar(haryana)and today is 19.11.2010.
Still I do not received the same at my end and nobody from the Postal department is worried about it.
We suppose the Speed post is doing work with speed but there is 9 days has passed and nobody from the Hisar Post office is aware about the status.
then what is the need of the persons who are sitting over there and the phone numbers for complaint given on site is either switched off or only ringing then why the Govt is paying the bills of those phone which are meant for customer complaints without attending.
really it is very much upsetting and it is a moral o[censored]s to not use the services of Postal department where the common man is being harassed.

It was an important project envelop. Speed post number is SP EU[protected]IN.
It did not reach at the place still now. When I checked it through internet, It is roaming only.
