On 3rd April my father (Shri Sanjay Kumar Chand) sent me my original documents consisting my 12th Mark sheet and Character certificate by Indian Speed Post, number EV[protected]IN I told him to write contact number as well for smooth delivery instead of all this the post is delivered to some R KARTHI which was supposed to be delivered to Bhuvneshwari Chand on 8th of April …!!!
Kindly help me.

Dear sir and mar as I Paritosh Jaiswal as citizen of Varanasi India actually my friend make a courier via speed post on dated 24 July 2021 but still I did not received my courier as its a very document is available in the courier which is very much important for me to get received to me as soon as possible as on those courier the documents is regarding to my career and life but the Indian Speed Post courier did not understand the problem of customer where I visit the several times to their website to check the status of courier which is in transit but they yet not updated the status of courier where the the exact location the courier parcel reached not only this but also I have given a call to customer care of the aforesaid courier company customer care they also did not given me a satisfaction answer only told that we are going to take 4 to 7 working days to get delivered the courier than what a meaningful use of speed post rhe customer can use a simple courier for that actually the courier is coming from Rachi Jharkhand which is not so far from Varanasi up which is a final destination so I request you kindly take an initiative action against aforesaid courier company

Hi team,
I have sent a speed post to mumbai from kothanur (hennur) post office on[protected]. tracking number: ek[protected]in. it is not yet delivered. when i checked the status in online it shows it is dispatched from guwahati to mumbai. but cover is not yet delivered. i have raised a complaint with post office head office. web complaint no.[protected].
It is having my original degree certificates and has to delivered as soon as possible. i am calling them daily from last 5 days. they are unable to find where the cover is resides also. can you please help me on this.

I posted a dslr camera on may 12, 2016 by speedpost from bhandair(M.P.) to trivandrum(Kerala). Recieved parcel on may 18, 2016 but someone stole my consignment and inplace of consignment i got useless papers.

My college have send me my degree via speed post from NIT Jamshedpur (post office R.I.T S.O pincode-831014) on my address Rakesh Kaushik Srinidhi Bulding, 3rd Floor, 27th Main, Sector – 1, HSR Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka 560102. However I still have not received my parcel, have inquired about speed post from Kormangala (Pincode- 560102) where they advised that if not delivered then it might have again sent to Jamshedpur. Have inquired in Jamshedpur as well where they advised that they have not received any parcel like this. I am not able to track my parcel with Tracking id EJ[protected]IN now. I have attached the last tracking details I found related to my degree. I have sent a letter on 20/04/2013 by speed post from Maharishi Nagar,Noida-201304 post office (Consignment No is EU[protected]IN).
Destination location is Naini, Allahabad-211008
I tracked through website and found that The letter is with Naini SO post office(PIN CODE-211008) since 26/04/2013.
I tried to call them. They told me that it is delivered on 25/04/2013. They have updated it on india post tracking system.
But till date receiver has not received any letter. I called him again but not getting any satisfactory answer.
I registered a complaint on the email ids([protected]@gmail.com ,[protected]@indiapost.gov.in) given in india post website but did not get any response till now.
Can you please help me on this?

I had applied for a PAN card in the month of January, however, on not receiving it until March I inquired at the PAN card support office and was told the online status being delivered by the Peed Post No. ES[protected]IN. On inquiry at the Head Post Office's Speed Post counter, we were told that the delivery took place but the delivery slip had no acceptance signature.

Most humbly and respectfully I wish to draw your kind attention towards my following few points for kind consideration and favorable action please:-

My speed Post was booked on 24th December 2012 from Colaba Post Office of Mumbai region, bearing speed post No:- EM[protected]IN and till today it is not delivered to me. On 30/12/2012 I contact personally to Motipur Post Master and he told me to meet Mr Munna Kumar the responsible person for delivering the same. Sir, this gentle man is from Muzaffarpur 30 Kms from Motipur so it was not possible for me to go and search him at a unknown place.

I get SMS information four times from 55352 and it was showing that the same was delivered on 27/12/2012 I inform this to Motipur Post Master then also he did not show any interest in helping me.

Sir, now when I check with my lodged complaint No:[protected] I am getting the feed back that the item was received at Motipur Post Office on 27/12/2012 the distance from Mumbai to Motipur is 1980 Kms in 03 days. And also showing that the item is delivered on 01/01/2013 the distance from Motipur to Singaila Shanker Tola is only (01) one Kilometer. The speed of Speed post is so less, how it takes 6 days to cover a distance of one Kilometer.

Therefor this is my humble request to Honorable Postal Authorities to kindly get the cause of delay from Motipur Post Master and the person directly
responsible for delivering the same. Sir, actually The Speed Post No:- EM[protected]IN is not yet delivered to me and I am waiting for the same.

hello sir ,

I send my M.Tech application form to University Institute of engineering & technology kurukstra University,Kurukstra on 25/07/12 at 11:28:13 via speed post No. ED[protected]IN.last date for receiving the application was 31/07/12.But unfortunately, The post has not been received upto 31/07/12 ( 7 days ).the tracking system is showing its receiving on 04/08/12 ( 11 days).due to delay my applicaion for M.Tech has not been received.On the other hand,Postal department claims for receiving of speed post in 3 working days all over the India form any state to any state of India.

Brief: I had sent an speed post on 12th June 2012, that is still not delivered in khandwa (Madhya Pradesh) by 18th June.

Detail: I needed to send a very important consignment
(i.e. a migration certificate for taking admission in other college) from Bangalore to Khandwa (madhya pradesh) before 17th June.
So I thought to send it by Indian Speed post.
I Sent it from Jayanagar East Post Office (pin - 560069)
at 10:20AM on 12 June 2012. It was supposed to be delivered in Khandwa (M.P. pin-450001) by 15 June as it hardly takes 3days to deliver within India.
But it's 18 June today (7th day), and still it didn't deliver there. It could affect the person's carrier
if doesn't deliver by today.

I tracked it on website but it's showing delivery only till 13 June on Mumbai.
I placed a call to Jayanagar Post Office on [protected], they said it'll be delivered in another 2-3 days. When I asked the reason to get delay, they said. "Don't Know!!".

I am the citizen of India who belives on Indian Constitution, please take a needed action for speed post service.

Its going to be more then 106 days.
Presently, I.T.Refund Status shows my said article ( Refund Cheque) has returned undelivered by Speed Post, saying address is incorrect, I am very much confused what is happening. Because my permanent address is same till now.

It is more then 22 days and my parcel is untraceable. according to speed post dept they dont know where is my parcel??? every time i go to GPO to find my parcel update they says we are checking and no proper response

on occasion of Ramdan i have send cloths to my ralatives and friends worth Rs 20000 ( twenty thousand )

5 time i visited GPO to find my parcel update and every time i go to GPO have to take off from my office. And it will cost me Rs4000 a day

ON TELEPHONIC ENQUIRY AT SPEED POST CENTRE, LUDHIANA ON 12.08.2011, I HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT THE SAME WAS SENT TO JALANDHAR OFF LINE. SO YOU CAN NOT SEE THE DETAIL ONLINE. ON 16.08.2011, I COME TO KNOW FROM THE WEBSITE THAT MY LETTER IS DETAINED...

My sister posted a Rakhi to me on 9th August through Speed Post at Kolkata GPO. But I received it today on 17th August afternoon i.e. after 8 days of posting and the courtesy goes to Indian Speed Post. Not only this, I received the box in a broken state and the greeting card inside totally crushed. Meanwhile on 12th August when the addressee went himself to collect the article on my request he was harassed in Sivaji nagar and Khadki PO. At Sivaji Nagar PO he was advised to collect the article from Khadki PO but at Khadki PO the stuffs denied any kind of article for that address and misbehaved with him. For the callousness and irresponsible attitude of Indian Post I could not celebrate rakshabandhan this year. Indian Speed Post proudly advertises saying we deliver excellence and this what they do proudly.
