i have to recieved a post from Baran(rajasthan) to roorkee(uttrakhand)
MY address is F-30 Ravindra Bhawan IIT ROORKEE
I have not recieved it yet.
The status is saying that it is delivered.

I have not received my PAN card(no:BHRPA0134Q) through post from Bangalore(Karnataka) to Madgaon(Goa)
My address E-4, ground floor, Silver Gate Estate, Aquem-Alto, Madgaon-Goa 403601.
I have not yet received it, inspite of repeated complaints.
The status is saying it is delivered.
I have a package that was speed post to me (EM[protected]IN) but i never receive it, The online tracking system says it has been delivered. No answer on Complaint. Really frustrating. Can anyone suggest what i can do.
