IndiaPlaza is the most undependable online shipping portal. The days shown in "Delivery time" are never met. This is the second time i ve used their services, and they are consistent with the delay. The agents are stupid and there is no escalation channel. The portal is bringing a bad name to online shopping in india and worldwide. The item is intended to be a present for someone on their birthday on 19. It would be very disheartening to see if the delievery is delayed. The ordered item Nikon S220 has been shipped through aramex couriers vide docket # [protected] on 21st June 2010 and the same has been delivered on 22nd June 2010. Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay and inconvenience caused.
