Indiaplaza. In — Delay in delivery

IndiaPlaza is the most undependable online shipping portal. The days shown in "Delivery time" are never met. This is the second time i ve used their services, and they are consistent with the delay. The agents are stupid and there is no escalation channel. The portal is bringing a bad name to online shopping in india and worldwide.

Its been a week since i placed this order, but its yet to be shipped. The item is intended to be a present for someone on their birthday on 19. It would be very disheartening to see if the delievery is delayed. Please update me on the status and whether the targeted date would be possible

take my advise....avoid this portal ... you are better of[censored]sing indiatimes/rediff.
