Indiaplaza — Product not received as per the offer

I am shankar from coimbatore.In the last month i placed an order for Samsung ES 25 digital camera(Rs5890) through IndiaPlaza online shopping after knowing about their offer Free Reebok watch+Camera battery+Charger+Pouch+4GB memory card.My order no is IN[protected].After one week I received only the camera which also in seal opened condition.I received a worst pouch in dust formed condition.After that I contacted them through their helpline for more than 50 times for the last one month.But they are not responding to the customers request to fulfil the request.They are telling lot of lies and giving false commitments like that they will give the status by 2 days,4 days etc and its going on.

One thing I wish to say to the all is that these guys who are working in India plaza are seems to be robbers/Fradulents.Any local persons should take steps to close this Fraudulent online shooping co. and to arrest all those lofer fellows who are cheating the customers by sucking their blood.


Online business is a gentlemen business.This should not be allowed to run by such fardulants.I also saw lot of complaints abount Indiaplaza in the cunsumer complaints section.Government has to take steps to save innocent people from these 5 sensed wild animals.

You all should give thanks to your luck that you are not physically dealing with customers otherwise you would have face dire consequences for the suffering that results from false committment from your end. I am really feel sorry for myself that i am citizen of a country where people like you would go to any extent to earn few money like this. Rs.548/- is not a big matter for us but if you are motivated to earn money by this way, then i can understand why E-commerce business in india is shame for us unlike other countries where they have moral left in them. SHAME ON YOU...
