[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — no refund of cancelled ticket | |||
sir, i have booked a ticket from lucknow to bangaluru on 22nd oct 2012 and cancelled it on 29th oct 2012. the booking reference was YWKWLC. the flight number was 6E 164.i booked the ticket through my email id [protected]@gmail.com. but i have not got my refund till now. i called customer care but the person said that it will take 10 working days to complete the refund process. more than 12 working days have passed but i have not got my refund. i request you to please kindly look through my problem and help me to get my refund as soon as possible. This is for your kind information that, I have booked an air ticket of Indigo through makemytrip.com web service on 26 January 2015. The same ticket was cancelled on the same day through Indogo counter at Chennai International Airport. But money is not yet credited in my account so far after deducting the cancellation charge.
And the same thing intimated through mail to makemytrip.com and Indigo. Indigo answered that the ticket was booked through makemytrip.com and so contact the same online company. When I mailed to them there is no answer or no money. Please do the needful to get back the money with late fee of one month interest.
