Hi Sir/Madam
My father had booked air ticket for Indigo Flight "Lucknow to Bangalore and Bangalore To Lucknow" journey Date : 25th April 2013 for four passenger,
in which i ticket was cancelled on 24th April 2013.
Till now no refund has been paid and while asking about transaction id, call center gives us time to call them after 24hrs.

Indian Air Lines — NON REFUND OF CANCELLED TICKET

I booked online ticket as guest through Air India site on 16.03.2011 for booking date is 10.04.2011 from Jabalpur to Delhi.I have cancelled the same on 07.04.2011 by Jabalpur airlines office. But till date my account was not credited by refund amount from which i paid at the time of booking.
so please look into the matter and proceed my refund at the earliest possible.

    My PNR no LWJ3AP we had a flight on 19may 2013 at 5.55am ,but. Due to an small accident which took place near the airport by our car we were delay to come at the airport 4min prior to the departure time,we requested them to please consider us but your staff was not giving a valid reason she was replying that we will take time to make boarding pass,such silly reason was state end to us,we had a great loss due to the staff at the airport pls give proper training to your staff,I what to know the refund procedure and also that I paid 64125.00 as the total price for the above said NPR,and made another booking on 20 may2013 with pnr CST8DS There I had to pay rs 53000 what was the total benefit for me and what is the deducted amt out of the 1/2pnr pls give me details ,there are8passangers I want to know how much one tkt cost for one pax and was the refund made,sorry to say but I would never travell hence forth by indigo and would advice my friends also to do so ,no proper staff quality andi will take this matter to the concern manager

      Its really regretful to state that I have not received my refunded amount on account of cancellation of my Indigo package availed , even after 20 days.

      I had called not less than 20 times for thr same, but in vain.Mr. Ankush,team Leader-operations made me run into my brains but he never bother to revert.I contacted Mr. Ankush Tikkoo in order to escelate the call, but again in vain.I might pay extra to my credit card bank on account of delay from Indigo side.
      On top of everything I canceled my booking within 30 min and my INR 8,043.00 (app.) was deducted and remaining amount has not been refunded till now.
      Please look into the matter otherwise I am going to take some legal step, which I also dont want

      Its really pity and I seriously fail to understand why I have not received the snap shot till now. I tried to contact you today also but you were unavailable. My transaction was made on 25th of April ,2013 and was cancelled within 10 min.Booking was for Kathmandu package under the name Ms Janak Chopra and Mrs Kanu Sehgal.

      First of all Indigo has deducted my major amount and its being now 20 days , I ve not received my refund. I had already made not less than 10 calls but in vain. So much of harassment is not expected from such a company and on top of that due to delay in payment , may be I ve to give an extra interest to my credit card. HEIGHTS OF INJUSTICE......

      If you can provide me with e-mail I'd of your Head techno commercial official. I need to address my grievance and escalate this issue because I think its not getting resolved.

      Please send me the slab as well why this amount was deducted and I need my booking reference number as well as the details of the same.

      Indigo - Refund Not Received — Refund Not Yet Received

      I had booked one air ticket for my family members on 4th Nov.08 vide booking reference no. Z4DLCB.

      Due to personal reasons, I had requested Indigo to cancel the ticket and refund the money.

      Yesterday, while contacting at your customer care number[protected], I got to know that the refund has already been made on 4th Dec.08.

      Kindly note that this refund has neither been credited to my credit card statement nor a refund cheque was received at my address.

      Please do the needful on "Top Priority" and revert back to me.

      INDIGO AIRLINES — Non refund

      Hi,

      This is to bring into your notice about my unpleasant experience with Indigo.
      I could not catch my morning flight to Bangalore departing at 6:30am, as I reached the boarding counter
      at 15 min prior i.e. 6:15 cause of heavy traffic jam.
      The staff did not help in the matter nor adjusted any seat in next Indigo flight to Bangalore.
      I had to buy another ticket to for 6k.

      The experience was very unpleasant and I will think twice now before travelling with Indigo.
      Let me share my experience with Indigo airlines. I purchase a ticket for my parents in law from kolkatta to Guwahati on 16th March 2010 for the jpourney on 26th of March. When my In laws reach the airport, they told that the ticket was cancelled citing the reason that I the owner of the credit card was not a passenger so they have to cancelled the ticket. I did not get any such message when I was puchasing the ticket on line. That is fine as per policy they ahve done it. But the refund was of the ticket did not reach my credit card statement even after one month. Upon calling the call center (Srity Baruah) they said it was refunded on 26th itself. When I talked to my banck they said no refund is dones of now. Now think I would give the money to them as gift for them to make the system better atleast the customer wont feel again the same pain that i went through.

      I think they have lousy system and donot care for the passenger and just run upon lower cost.

      I made up my mind to pay little bit more but to be in reputed airlines

      I would like to know the cause for the delay and computation for the same

        This is just the starting of the complain......travelled in INDIGO for more then 20 times but was shocked to see the response of the Airline authority when my mobile was stolen from Check in baggage and my new camera was totally damaged.I went to the Airline authority for help but was denied any action and in return they told that this has been done by the customs.Checked with custome at Kolkata and found it was mistake of Indigo.
        This not an exception case rather a co passenger found his shirts and 14 mobile missing from check in bagage..
        Request a immidiate action on this.

        Baggage — STOLEN BAGGAGE

        DEAR SIR/MADAM
        I CAME TO INDIA ON FEBRUARY 26TH 2006 BUT BECAME ILL AND WANTED TO GO BACK HOME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ON 28TH FEBRUARY2006 OR 1ST MARCH 2006 WHILE I WAS SLEEPING AT THE AIRPORT LOUNGE AT DELHI INDIRA GANDHI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT BY BAGGAGE WAS STLOEN DURING MY ILLNESS I ALSO WENT TO REPORT THIS TO DELHI AIRPORT POLICE WHO JUST MESSED ABOUT WITH ME AND TOOK NO REPORT THAT POLICE OFFICER GAVE ME HIS MOBLIE NUMBER AS WELL WHEN ON RETURNING BACK I CONTACTED HIM AND WAS TOLD MY LUGGAGE IS STILL NOT FOUND BUT TOOK NO REPORT WHILE I WAS THERE AS THE OFFICER WAS MESSING ABOUT WITH ME BY SAYING IF I MADE A REPORT I CANT GO BACK TO UNITED KINGDOM IVE BEEN SO DIASAPOINTED DURING MY TRAVEL TO INDIA AT THAT TIME TIME AS IT WAS A BIG LOSS FOR ME I ALSO KNOW IT MIGHT BE TOO LATE FOR ANYONE TO LOOK IN TO THIS COMPLAIN NOW BUT CAN YOU JUST ANSWER ME IS THAT THE HELP WE WOULD EXPECT TO GET FROM YOUR AUTHORITIES WHILE WE TRAVEL IN INDIA PLEASE RESPONSE.THANKYOU.

          This is Kanchan here. Following is the complaint I have put forth to IndiGo Airlines. Hope I get a speedy response.

          I would like to bring to your notice a rare scenario in which a lot of people had to go through a bad time.

          My Husband (Jinesh Mewara) was supposed to travel from Vadodara to Bangalore in flight no “6E 212” today i.e. Wednesday, May 15, 2013. His flight was scheduled to depart at 11:50 am IST. The PNR no is “YSQRDV”

          My husband met with an accident on Saturday, May 11, 2013 and has a minor foot injury for which he was hospitalized till today morning, Wednesday, May 15, 2013. Doctor had given him a green chit to travel as his health was in good condition, but unfortunately the people at Airport dint seem to think the same. He reached airport by 11:00 am IST and when went ahead to check-in, people stopped him saying that he was unfit to travel due to his leg injury. The process of convincing them went on till the flight took off, therefore he missed his flight. He was also denied to re-schedule the flight and the person in-charge was rude enough to ask him to leave without being able to help or guide him whatsoever.

          (Just to bring to your notice that I personally had called Vododara Airport and I did inform Terminal manager on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 about the accident and him travelling alone, and therefore requested that he would require a wheelchair in order to reach the flight from terminal. He assured me that he could travel and all the required facilities would be provided to him by Indigo Airlines. Also that there were no issues in him travelling after immediate discharge)

          When I interacted with Indigo customer care to find out about why such a thing happened, The customer care representative informed me that the report submitted to Airlines suggested that he was late to the flight and reported by 11:30 am, which is incorrect and due to medical complications he was not allowed to travel (Which I and the doctor treating him beg to differ).

          Overall I would stress on the point that the whole incident was really unfortunate and would strongly suggest that some action is taken against the same. I also would kindly request Indigo Airlines to REFUND the ticket amount.

          Hope I get a positive response from your end and I am kept updated with all the actions Indigo Airlines decide to take with same regard.

          Airlines/ Airfare — Complete Refund Denied

          Hi,

          I had booked an international round-trip flight and made a complete payment of the airfare qouted. The airline has now cancelled this flight. I was offered the choice of travelling the next day, but I declined it as it is not convenient for me.

          I have asked for my money to be refunded. However, I am now being told that a complete refund is not possible as there would be a deduction of the cancellation fee.

          If the airline cancels/ reschedules a flight, why am I being asked to pay a cancellation fee? It is not something that the airline is responsible for ? How do I claim my entire refund?

            I booked Indigo Flight through makemytrip. I checked in on time and was in queue for boarding. The boarding was still happening when i went to the washroom but when i came back after 2-3 minutes they did not let me board. The ground staff was very rude and was screaming. It was my brothers engineering entrance exam in Bangalore but they did not let us go. They adjusted one ticket (after paying charges and difference in fair of 4000 rs) and they promised that luggage will get accommodated in adjusted flight. I checked with them thrice since it contained my brothers books and admit card for exam. However when he landed his luggage was not their. They said that they have misplaced it and it will come by night. Due to this my brother was crying as he did not have books to study for exam and the luggage was misplaced which had his admit card.

            Also, since they did not have any seat available for any of the flights to Bangalore, i had to buy current ticket of Spice Jet for 20000 Rs.

            I seek refund of my ticket for 15000 that i booked for myself, the 4000 rs paid as difference in fair and charges and the 20000 rs spent on Spicejet ticket.

            I also seek equitable relief for the harassment caused to a yound student that the airline caused by misplacing his luggage containing books and admit card.

            I attach the Boarding pass picture which was cancelled and it shows that I had indeed checked in on time.

            Looking for support against these airlines who overbook and harass customers.

              Hi,


              I Parama Dutta was traveling by Indigo Airlines on 6th May 2013, Flight 6E-135, Pune-Amhedabad-Kolkata, seat 7D. I was carrying two cabin luggage one a laptop bag another a VIP backpack blue and black in color. I checked these two as cabin baggage and boarded the flight at Pune. After the flight took aboard I took out my Jacket, lunch box, and bottle of water from the backpack. Thereafter flight landed at Ahmedabad where a set of passenger landed and some new passengers boarded the flight. After this when the plane landed at Kolkata airport and the flight stopped I sitting at the aisle seat quickly got up and opened the over head cabin to take out my backpack and could not find it. From the two luggage i was carrying i got the laptop bag but not the VIP backpack which contained all my valuables starting from my wallet containing my debit, credit card, PAN card, Driving License, RS2000, clothes, education certificates, sunglasses, laptop charger etc. I immediately informed the air hostess in the flight she asked me to wait. After all the passenger took their luggage and got off the plane. In the same cabin space another black backpack was left behind I told the air hostess that this is not my bag and some one else has taken my bag from the aircraft. The aircraft authority took that bag and consoled me that they will look into what has happened.


              At first I felt that someone by mistakenly taken my bag and got off in Amhedabad and left his/her bag. So to identify the person we searched the leftover bag for any reference for the passenger. The bag was stuffed with small pillows and some dirty clothes of a female but no other identification except a security tag of Pune airport. Hence the person could not be traced. The Indigo authorities asked me to wait for some time so that if it was bag swap then the other person would contact the airline. But even after 2 days no body contact Indigo airline for retuning my bag and no one called to claim that leftover bag. I asked the Indigo authorities to check with the passengers who boarded from Pune airport and got off at Ahmedabad, but Indigo was not very helpful and denied any claim for the cabin luggage. I requested them and explained them that this is a case of serious and planned theft from the aircraft and can not be ignored. The thief had planted a dummy backpack filled with non valuable items and had taken another persons bag. I requested that this can only be traced if we can see the CCTV footage at airport after the passenger landed in Amedabad. But Indigo airlines are not being co-operative. I request this body to facilitate a resolution by viewing the CCTV footage at Ahmedabad airport of the passenger departing from indigo airlines.

              This is a case of serious theft and can not be treated lightly.

              Luggage — THEFT

              I AM TRAVELLING BY EAST COAST EXPRESS (8646) FROM VIJAYAWADA (BOARDED AT 5.15 PM ON 29/05/09) TO HOWRAH WITH MY KID.
              MY COACH NO - A1, SEATS NO - 32 & 33, PNR NO - [protected]
              MY LUGGAGE HAS BEEN STOLEN BY SOMEONE WHILE I WAS ASLEEP LAST NIGHT!
              THIS HAS HAPENED DUE TO THE NEGLEGENCY & IRRESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR STAFFS THERE IN THE TRAIN.
              HOWEVER, I AM DOUBTING THAT SOME OF YOUR STAFFS HAS STOLEN MY GREEN COLOURED VIP TROLLY-LUGGAGE.

              Respected sir,
              I,V.Krishna Vivek Vinnakota of Visakhapatnam boarded the train no.13351 at 10:30a.m at Visakhapatnam station on 1/1/2011.PNR no.[protected].coach no.S-5.I got down the train at Chennai at 3:30a.m on 2/1/2011.i was awake till 9p.m and woke up again at 3:15a.m the next day to find my bag lost.the details of the bag are as follows:

              It is a red bag with 5 or 6 pairs of new clothes,a pair of shoes,a MP3 and other stuff along with Rs.300.

                Faced very bad behavior from the check in counters and some air hostess from Indigo airlines(KOLKATA). They treat their customers in a very disrespectful manner . This should not happen for a PRIVATE airlines like indigo in fact they should at least take care of their conduct with the customers.

                I am a regular traveler in indigo, but now pissed by their services.

                  On 2nd May 2013 I had booked a ticket from Chennai to Bhubaneswar via Vishakapatnam which was scheduled at 7:20 . We reached the airport by 5:30 and did the security check and stood in the queue which was long and there was no announcement or any kind of information given about this flight as we were early but however we reached the counters by 6:10 and our luggages was on the belt , the staff told us our seat numbers and suddenly he says counter closed and tells that it is impossible to board the flight . I was shocked with that .. I had my mother in law who was a wheelchair passenger and we had asked them about a wheel chair . She walked with so much difficulty and these people didn't bother to even get the boarding passes done immediately from another account .
                  We spoke to the staff but they just wasted time till it was 7:00 .Their behavior was also very rude and they didn't bother about us standing their from morning . The name of the staff were Arjun .K-staff number IGA 5789 and Joselin -staff number IGA 9227 .They misbehaved with us and used fowl languages .
                  It was 7:10 by that time only 10 min and we didn't lose hope because we knew it wasn,t our mistake
                  The asst commercial manager comes after the flight takes off . After a talk he says he is sorry and then what it was a non refundable ticket and we had done a round trip and spent 60,000 already and now I was asked to book for tomorrow again in the same flight and pay 17,000 more .I was compelled to shell out from my pockets unnecessarily . This problem had been faced by various passengers traveling today and many innocent people have suffered like this before too in many other cities also . They have planned for a profit and this is supposed to be INDIGO's NEW BUSINESS STRATEGY . PLEASE BRING THIS TO NOTICE AND LET OTHER PEOPLE NOT SUFFER LIKE US .

                  Worst airlines to travel. We booked tickets a month ago from the date of travel and a night before airlines cancelled our tickets and forced us to buy new tickets with double the price. One should think for a 100 times before booking tickets on indigo.

                  I have been working in HSBC Bank, Kolkata. Everyday from 9 am to 10 pm including saturday and sunday as Astt.Manager, yet HSBC compelled me to resign from the service.I want restoration of service.

                  I had booked a return ticket in 6E 137(from Nagpur to Pune) under Name of Pradyumna M on 7th Aug 2010 the flight got cancelled. When I enquired to reschedule it for 8th August Morning flight ie 11:00 Am I got reply from customer care as no Seat available. Later I gave call again at around 17:50 and canceled my ticket. Later my colleague Ms. Rutuja who was travelling in same Flight told me that Indigo has rescheduled her flight for 11:00 AM pune flight (Of course after lot of discussion). Later to check i called from my friends Mobile number [protected](Wahab) at 18:40 so got second shocker when the customer care confirmed me availability of 1 ticket @ Rs 8000/.

                  Great Disappointment from the approach of the airline. Such a cheat they are

                    I had travelled in indigo airbus from New Delhi (6E317) to vishakhapatnam via Hyderabad (6E248) on 24 March 2013. I was having a framed photo, which was a fragile item. The indigo staff had informed me that, the photo will go with fragile items, but when i collected my luggage at vishakhapatnam airport, the photo came on conveyor belt along with rest of the luggage. Immediately i had launched the complaint at airport. My complaint number is 10054. Mr. Vijay Verma had filed my complaint. The photographs of damage were also taken. The full frame along with covering glass got damaged. There are scratches on the full photo. The dimensions of the photo are 30 cm x 60 cm. It had costed me Rs 4050. There are no repairs possible on the photo. I had not received any call yet from indigo staff regarding , asking about damages and compenssation for that. I request that, the money Rs 4050 should be given to me to compensate the damages.

                      I travelled from Delhi to Bangalore on 4th Mar, 2013. My airfare includes meals, however it was not served instead of requesting the crew members. They said they do not have any information and asked me to show my reservation details. It was mentioned on second page which was missed during check-in. So I requested them to check at their end, and when customer has already pre-booked the meals, this information should be available with the crew members. However they say this information is not available. The same thing happened with my colleague Mr. Vikram Soni and he was also denied meals saying they do not have any information. Fortunately he was having reservation details and on producing it, he was served the meal.
                      I am enclosing my reservation details and also I am enclosing their list which is available with them. I am really surprised to see that it is not having any information, which is clearly mis-management.
                      Finally I want refund of meals with INR 5000/- penalty for the inconvenience and humiliations faced.

                        Last night I was booking a rund trip ticket from Patna to Mumbai at around 10.30/10.45 pm. And I double checked that I had selected the correct flight out of the two options available. However despite that when I received teh ticket, both the flights were the wrong ones!

                          The above cancellation was done through your Customer Care and they had promised me that an official intimation would be sent to me about the cancellation. They would also intimate to me the refund details and the amount which the Bank would credit to my account.

                            I have booked one TWO-WAY ticket of Indigo airline for my urgent official visit to Delhi. It’s booking reference no is MWTQAN and date of journey is on 27.02.2013 on flight No.6E258 from Bhubaneswar to Delhi and return ticket on 2.03.2013 on 6E257 in my name: RAJKAMAL SWAIN. I reached Bhubaneswar airport 6.05P.M while departure of flight is 6:55 P.M. Although I was waiting near the desk. The lady on desk knowingly ignore me for around 10 minutes in pretext of doing something on her computer, then took my ticket print-out only to say that I am not allowed to travel because I came late . I requested them allow me since I am in time but, the lady on desk was much casual to make it delay .Instead the entire staff on the indigo desk started arguing with me uselessly and consume the time in the process till it was 6.20P.M minutes since I have to go Delhi urgently I literally beg them not to delay it further. Indigo staffs on check-in counter that particular day behave so unprofessionally, ruthlessly and uncivilized manner that , I was wondering on what basis the air-lines has kept these dumb : is it for their showy look to attract customer without training them how to behave with passengers and make things easier even in difficult times.
                            As the incident happen for around 20 minutes, I was watching helplessly all my fellow passenger were still in line near check-in counter for security clearance. Here these females on the counter not allowing me my boarding pass. So, ultimately I have to cancel my important travel and lost half of my two-way ticket money amounting Rs.14,056/-
                            Under the above mentioned circumstances, I feel it shouldn’t be the policy of a air-line to cheat and eat the customer’s money at the drop of the hat. Therefore, requesting you to refund my money, so that trust of people may remain on your airlines. And the same time I feel any air-lines should maintain some ethics to be called it is prestigious. should be kept in mind people fly not to see / argue with dumb female staff/air-hostess but to save time and make life easy more productive.

                            This is to lodge a complaint against Indigo Airlines for not allowing me to board the aircraft and for leaving me un-boarded, shell shocked, frustrated, baffled, puzzled and stranded at BLR airport in-spite of possessing the boarding pass.



                            The incidence occurred on December 6, 2012 for the flight no 6E123 leaving BLR for Lucknow at 3:50 PM. I checked-in timely; I was issued the boarding pass and my luggage was booked for destination on the said flight (Exhibhit-1). Subsequently, I proceeded for Security Check. Due to rush, I was not allowed to jump the queue. On sensing the delay in boarding and requesting the Security Personnel to jump the queue, I was advised to be in queue as they said and I quote “in case o[censored]rgency respective airlines rescue their bonafide passengers with boarding pass to facilitate entry into aircraft”. Thereafter, I reached the Boarding Gate only to learn that I was late and was left un-boarded. The airline staff neither helped me jump the queue at Security Check nor made any effort to reach me on phone in spite of the same printed on my boarding pass and thus its deemed availability in their records. At the boarding gate, the counterfoil of my Boarding Pass was stamped cancelled without any request for cancellation and my luggage was deplaned.



                            On approaching the Indigo Manager who was not available, the Indigo staff was requested for accommodating me on any of their next flights or endorsing me to other carrier to reach my destination Lucknow on time, Instead, I was advised for the only choice of buying another ticket at increased price. I felt compelled to buy another ticket from Indigo after paying Rs 5392 extra to the fare paid earlier.



                            I make the Airline accountable for this mess and demand compensation for the damages due to the incurred loss on my health and suffering from the trauma."

Also Swipe machine not working there and i have to take CASH from outside ATM and they have also not provided E-Ticket.

                            Now, i request you to provide E-ticket booked for PNR- E23RRN in the name of Ms. Uditi Roy on my e-mail ID:[protected]@gmail.com as we have to claim for reimbursement from my bank as we are on official toor.

                              PLS FIND THE FOLLOWING COMPLAINTS FACED BY ME BECAUSE OF YOUR FLIGHT:

                              1. Myself SATVINDER SINGH, I'd booked my flight from Delhi to Bhubaneswar for 24th Feb'13 which I later got changed to 26th Feb'13 same flight. My Booking Refereence was DW7ICT. I did not get any mail from your side confirming me the changes made, it was again when I'd called up the callcentre on 26th Feb'13, that the mail and SMS was sent.

                              2. There was an amount to be refunded, but till date there is no amount returned back and no communication made on the topic from your side.

                              3. I'd reached the Indigo checkin counter at Terminal 1A at 3.35 PM on 26th Feb'13 and requested the lady that I've to board the Bhubaneswar flight which will departure at 4.25PM, but the lady did not support me and asked me to get in the que wherein there were almost 8-10 persons standing. It has happened many times earlier and the staff makes lot of calls and requests and take their customers to a seperate que to help them close but they did not do so.
                              The individual who made my check in said that the time is 3.52PM and you've missed the flight. He sends me to the customercare executive who again says, "Pls Wait", After a lot of discussions, they tell me that now since you've missed the flight, pls take a new ticket and make arrangements to travel.

                              Since it was very important for me to reach the destination, I'd to take the tickets for Indigo flight to Calcutta, Booking Reference IWQ9BSC and then the train to Bhubaneswar. An additional cost of Rs 10000/-.

                              I've been flying very frequently on this route, for the last 3 months, almost evry 15 days(you can check my status in your data) and this is the treatment, then you can well understand the dissatisfaction from your customers.
                              The total experience was extremely bad, both in terms of time and money. Hope you would understand. Despite of being at the checkin and still missing the flight.

                              I have so far have the worst experience with Goindigo.
                              I would advice all my Friends to travel with the other airlines than Goindigo, because they are Slow and they have the worse service ever.
                              They claim to do every thing on TIME...which is really really false..

                                I boarded the indigo flight 6E141 from lucknow to Bangalore.I had a strolley bag which i checked in.The bag was absolutely new and I had bought it 2 days back.When I collected my checked in baggage at my destination Bangalore, it was badly damaged.The fabric was cut and the strolley was broken and stuck.The bag was worth 6000.Who will pay for the loss? I want my money back from the airlines.

                                  I had a BAD experience on the 17th. Though I had paid on 24th Dec thru my IDBI Debit card, I was asked to pay again while checking-in, by your Assistant Manager Hakim. This was nothing but harassment. If payment had not come to you, you should have alerted us in December itself ! Why at the time of checking-in.
                                  I have checked my bank statement and have confirmed that the debit was complete on 24th Dec n No reversal had been done. Your refund has come in today, confirming that your actions were wrong.
                                  It caused us great agony for almost 20 mins at the counter and spoilt our holiday mood!
                                  This is hardly expected of an Airline who claims to be the best in India !
                                  I demand a written explanation n also inform you that if not convinced, I will take the matter to IAPA n Consumer Courts !

                                    As I was carrying only handbag and kept my laptop also is same due to this my over all weight was 9 KG so I was advised to check in my bag as more than 7 Kg is not allowed as hand carry by Mr Jaidev who was issuing boarding pass from mobile device .

                                    As per his advise I went to normal check in counter and removed my laptop and given my bag for check in , girl ( Ms Poornima ) standing on counter asked me if I would like to carry my bag as hand carry , as now weight was only 6 KG . I said yes to her and took my boarding pass . Before I proceed towards security Mr Jaidev very rudely told me that why I have not check in my bag . I explain to him that as per advise of your team I have removed my laptop and kept in hand . He talked very rudely and went to girl she also told that him as per her advise only I have not checked in my bag but he was very rude . After they both had argument , then Ms Poornima was Also rude .

                                    I told them not to worry you can check in my bag and requested to have priority tag so I get my bag fast , she was rude in replying which was very shocking .

                                    I travel 15 days in month and travelling since 15 years not came across this rude behaviour any where in world .

                                    When you have clear policy of one hand bag including laptop then why this is not clear to both officers and why other people was allowed one laptop bag and one seperate handbag as seperately both bags are less than 7 but if you combined both then weight will be more that 7 kg and two hand bags When I ask this to Jaidev then he told me that is none of my business .

                                    Today your airlines is growing but this attitude will bring down your share very soon

                                      I HAD REACHED THE COUNTERS AT 8.18 AM AFTER GETTING MY BAG SECUTITY CHECKED AND ALL TO CATCH THE FLIGHT FOR 8.55 AM. BUT I WAS NOT GIVIN THE BOARDING PASS. AS I SUPPOSE YOUR FLIGHT WAS OVER-BOOKED.



                                      Your ground staff was very rude; they harassed me and also misbehaved at the airport. Even after knowing that I have my baggage was security checked. They did not let me check-in.



                                      This was a really terrible and horrifying experience for me and I caused a lot of stress and mental pressure on me as I am a patient of high blood pressure and sugar.



                                      You are requested to kindly refund my money or issue me a ticket for tomorrow's travel or a ticket voucher in lieu of the above mentioned ticket in order to restrain me from taking a legal stand against your airline.

                                        I have booked two tickets on 20 July(11:00 pm) for bangalore to delhi .
                                        I have selected option for flight 7:45 pm (Bangalore to Dehi).I have confirmed several times for the timings .But to my surprise, system has taken the reservations for default
                                        first flight for the day, which is at 6:00 am in the morning.I am using facility of online reservation of air tickets from quite along time.There is some problem in website
                                        I have immediately informed the same to Customer Care Department(11:37 pm), but they refused to listen.

                                        Through this complaint, I would like to urge higher authorities to take immediate action in this regard.

                                        Go IndiGo — My DLA has not been returned by check in counter executive

                                        Hi, I forgot my Driving License in Mumbai CSI airport check in counter on 1st Feb, 2011, while travelling from BOM to CCU(Flight# 6E 325).Since I have landed in CCU NSCBI airport, I am following up continously with BOM departure crews as well as with CCU arrival crews, at around 11 PM in the night, a lady named LATA informed me, that they have found my DL and will be sending the same to CCU on 2nd Feb, and has asked me to collect the same from CCU airport counter. On 2nd Feb, 2011, I have called on the following number ([protected]) atleast for 25 times, and every time somebody new is picking up the phone, and instead of solving the problem they are confusing me by saying, only LATA will be able to answer my query properly, and she will on duty from 9:45 PM. I again tried calling up the Mumbai departure desk since 9:45 PM on 2nd Feb, 2011, but somebody called SARA everytime picked up the phone and keep on saying that she will be calling me back within 10 mins, after waiting for several such 10 mins and continous follow ups, finally I found the phone is switched OFF at around 11 PM on 2nd Feb, 2011. Having no idea about what to do now I am writing this feedback to you. WIll request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest. With such a reputed airlines of the country, this type of behaviour is not at all expected.

                                        Btw, I have all the calls recorded and will be able to provide the same on request.
