Indraprastha Gas Limited IGL Bhawan, Plot. No. 4 Community Centre, Sector-9, R K Puram, New Delhi-110022 Sub: PNG Connection - B.P.No. [protected] Dear Sir I have applied for PNG Gas connection for my residence in the month of June, 2011 ist week vide B.P.No. [protected]. Both the cheques issued by me bearing No. 621627 and 621628 for Rs.5000.00 and Rs. 1000.00 had already been debtied to my account. As per your policy I am supposed to be provided by the connection within 3 months, but it is more than 4 month nothing had been done. For the last 15 days I am in regular touch with your customer care and also registered a complaint vide No. PRJ[protected] dated 29.09.11. But I am sory to inform you that till date no action had been taken by your company. It is therefore once again requested to provide me the PNG connection without further delay.
