[Resolved] Infibeam.com — Mobile Phone not replaced

I have purchased the Karbonn mobile phone thru Infibeam online shopping and there was a major complaint (too much noise & more vibration) while talking. (Karbonn Kphone1 Dual Sim Smartphone (BlackBlue )

Subsequently I have got the DOA certificate from your Karbonn service center which I have enclosed in this mail.
Please help me to get the refund or get some other phone (other than Karbonn model) by replacing with old one.

I am getting very poor response from them and they are delaying more than a month.

I wanna say tha my order id is 18714077 and i orderer external hard disk but they send me internal and they never pick up call and they is like that ki hum aapkiii kuch sahitaa nhii krr sakteee!!!and i was shocked when coustumer services says that it cannot be returned !!at last i wannaa say that i gave 7354 rupees please do something fo this!!
