[Resolved]  Internet Connection — INCORRECT PLAN ACTIVATION

Hello-

I have requested TATA DOCOMO to activate unlimited plan i.e.512 Kbps FUP COMBO PLAN effective 8th December 2012 via email but they have activated the limited plan on 6th December 2012 due to which my credit limit have been exceeded and the internet and phone service have been disconnected from 24th December 2012. I have been told to pay unbilled amount 5,000 rupees(appx) to activate the connection and none of the customer care is taking step to resolve the issue. The customer care just need to make my unlimited plan active from 6th December 2012 and waive off the entire amount as due to their mistake i am suffering a lot.

Further, you will see i have requested to change my plan from 8th December but they have changed it from 6th December and due to which i have paid Rs 257 extra(for 2 days). I have shown them the detailed calculation via email but still the amount is not yet refunded to me.

I want them to waive off the entire amount of Rs 5,000(appx) as i requested unlimited plan of 749 but they have activated the limited plan. I am ready to pay 749 rental but nothing beyond that. If the customer care is not responding to me then i will deactivate the connection and will not pay any amount.

Below are the persons to whom i contacted in customer care but none of them are giving proper response and they want to just escape from it and disconnect my call. You will notice how many complain numbers i have registered after 6th December 2012 and without taking any action they are just closing the ticket.

PHONE CALLS: I am getting calls from concerned team saying issue is resolved but still my internet is not activated, still credit limit is active when i opted for unlimited plan, still they are saying me to pay Rs 5,000(appx) and the amount is not waived off, still they are not giving me proper response via email of phone, still my plan has not been changed to unlimited from 6th December 2012 and still Rs 257 is not credited back to me as the plan was changed effective 6th December 2012 instead of 8th December 2012).

I want TATA DOCOMO to look into this urgently. I have visited their office on 27th December 2012 at 6pm and i got the response saying work is in progress and concerned team will contact me. I am very upset with the service and if immediate action is not taken then i shall not pay any amount to them and disconnect the connection.

Dear sir/madam,
I am feeling bad the way I write to you regarding my internet connection[protected].
I already requested to your goodself at least 10 times but no one is in airtel who is listening my problem.
Every time your executive on phone was saying different plan, different facility given by you. we dont understand what is right or wrong. some says your bill plan says 150 calls & 2 GB free but another says no call free only 3 GB free. I have paid Rs 5, 500 for 2years rental at the time when we bought HP laptop. UR executive offered a plan including 150call & 2 GB free & he assures no monthly bill generated.
Really sir please help me we dont know what we are using & on that base whar you are charging.
we both are in working & very occassionally we use internet & no downloading at all. besides that you are charging Rs 1100 for the month of March, we have not paid yet. Kindly look into this matter & write me in my favour.

Internet Connection — New Broadband connection Airtel

I am applied the new borad band connection to Bharti Air tel Lt vide Application No.2337337 Dt.09.10.09 and also paid Rs.2750/ as an Advance for five month service Rent.but my connction is pending till date.I also complained customer care and also personly vist with office and his represantive is promissed to me that your connection is conect within two or threedays but conncetion is not connect till date.

Kindly advice to me.

Internet Connection — not working properly

I have purchase a videocon sim last 05/06/2010 in 50 rupees & then recharge of 96 (Unlimited Internet plan) rupees
but there poor internet facilite and every 30 to 50 second my internet is disconnected & when connect have very slowspeed . customer cares are never help me. they tell me. the problem in your network tower or say we contact u again in one hour or we send message to solve ur problem within 15-20 minutes but there is no respose by them.Network problem is your side that is not my problem. i have tried customer care almost many times but same thing. please help me very soon.i[censored] create problem in the starting then what we except in future. please tell me how i increase my internet speed.

Internet Connection — Antivirus not installed

TIkona employee didnot install antivirus on PC and MY PC has been crashed by virus. Who will be the responsible for that. We have tried multiple time to contact the Tikona installation boy. He didnot pickup my phone. On my PC I have cruecial data of last five year bussiness. I will claim to Tikona that he commit some thing else and do something Else.

Internet Connection — for inactive landline

respected sir,
i m sushil thourani from raipur (C.G.) and i have an airtel internet broadband connection for which the landline number is[protected]. Even after complete payment of my bills my landline is not active though the internet facilities are available.
i request you to avail me both incomming and outgoing facilities from my landline as soon as possible.
