[Resolved]  Intex Technologies — Intex UPS warranty

An intex person just visited..checked the UPS. he said to replace the battery (warranty on battery is just 1 year).

I wonder, how come the battery life is just 1 year of an UPS. As the warranty got over, the battery problems started.

Please don't buy products from INTEX.

The Quyality is VERY LOW and even the support from intex company is very bad.

Instead go for iBall or any other company. They are better than INTEX

I had bought an *Intex UPS valwo 600 VA model* on 12.01.2009 s.no ([protected] from blore computer zone SP road, my problem is dat im getting only 3min bck tym n its suppose to give 15mins i guess so kindly help to claim my warrenty.

I bought Intex UPS from Meerut (UP) in July 2008.It started problem in July 2009.I contacted Intex Service Center and got it resolved.Now again the problems have started.The mail problem is some connection loose.

I brought Intex UPS S NO ([protected] on 10/9/08, the problem STARTED 1 MONTH was not charging the battery so i took to intelservice center in mumbai, UPS checked and was told to replaced the battery payed Rs 700.with cash receipt no:12954 dt 11/8/2010. I wonder, how come the battery life is just 1 year of an UPS.on the top cover INTEL Sticker SHOWS WARANTY is for 2yrs. As the warranty got over of the battery, problems started. i had to visit 2 times to your service center BUT TILL NOW I AM NOT SATISFIED AGAIN THE UPS STARTED GIVING PROBLEM, I TRIED TO CALL ON[protected] & [protected] BUT ALWAYS BUSY, Many times, even the phone is not busy on another call still the person on other side doesn't picks up the call even in working hours.Pl help And reply me for the same as what to be done to the UPS, will it be replaced with a new one.thanks

I bought Intex UPS from moradabad .uk computer world .in sep 11 2010 .STARTED 1 MONTH was not charging the battery . but dealer not coprate for this matter.plz give me service centre address in moradabad.its urgent.plz rply

sir /mem i bought intex UPS from AGRA .G.X. Technology[protected]/6-B, hari world tower sanjay palace, AGRA & i was go to service center 2 times sanjay palace AGRA but my ups has not give backup more than 4-5 minutes and i am also informed to the service center AGRA but my ups is not doing backup properly so plz resolve my problem ASAP

Even i am facing same problem of Battery backup and sometimes three lights glow at once.i bought it from Mumbai Lamington Road
Today it made very bad noise so i removed cable o[censored]ps and turnon machine to normal power cord. I think UPS quality is very cheap. Never buy UPS from intex.

I am also facing the problem in Intex UPS once the warranty is get over problem is getting started. I had called many time Intex Serice Center they have repir the took the charges. It happens three four time but still i m facing the same problem.

I am not agree from Intex ups.
We bought 6 ups 600va but after 10 months 2 ups can not able to run our pc.

i don't know about fault.
may be its bettery fault or may be its ups cercuit falt.
i bought new bettery and attached but same problem/

Yup, I am also facing the same problem.. Even in my case its just a ridiculous that I have purchased a intex UPS 600 va in the month of june, 2010. it is very funny to say that I have not used that UPS for a single day at home.. as if I have purchased it an that service center people are taking advantages of it.. every third day they are giving it by saying that now it is perfect.. and the very next day I am finding it with the same problem..

I SHOULD SAY THAT THE INTEX PEAOPLE CANT GIVE GOOD PRODUCTS AS WELL AS SERVICE ALSO.. THEY SHOULD SHUT DOWN THEIR BUSINESS.. huh..!!

hence my suggesstion is that never purchase the product of INTEX... go for any other brand.. atleast you will be having a peace of mind by using it..!!
