lcd 19" — not working properly

sir , my lcd 19 inch tv is already submitted to your service centre since last one month and they are not responding properly .your servise engineer Anil Verma not attending my call.
please resolve my problem.
my complain is LUC[protected].
and other complaint no. isLUC[protected].

I sunil kumar bhatnagar from moradabad since[protected] to till present My LCD is on intex service centre, Executive said that probleming part SVC 350 is not available here .thats why we can't enable to run your LCD ...My new lcd going to dump ...
kindly on urjent basis repair OR replace my LCD 2301

I have purchased intex cloud y 12 on 15/04/2014 then i have given it three or four time to repair still it is as it is.It is the worst fon in the world.
