I tried to contact you through msg on 14th oct and you reverted by call on 15th oct but could not speak in detail. whereas Ronak jain also called me after that but that was of no use .

I have heard a lot about you and your company from people in real estate market and that has kept my hope alive that I will get justice from you.

Dear sir , I handed over cheque and filled in form to get a flat in 3C on 10th - october and till 15 days no one responded / informed me about status and kept me fully in dark . whereas i had earlier booked flat @3600 in lotus zing on 9th oct.directly in 3C but Investor clinic staff asked me to get the same unit through Invetor clinic hence I relied on the same .

Honeyji I beleive you hv understood the case and ethics also says that once you commit and takes money n complete all documented work , than why Investor is left alone .
We take it other side and after paying token money , i would have defaulted at any point of time , than you know what would happend to me..!

I request you to kindly look into my case and My loss should be paid for.

This is not a big amount for your company but it is a Learning case which should be informed to all teams and preventive / corrective action should be taken.

Please alos note that i sent below mail to your support cell , but not a single reply was recd by me..... if this is the case than why do management spend so much on complaint cell !!

as per our discussion based on the meeting we had on 13th sep , i had given you cheque (booking amt) rs 2 lakh and filled up the appliction form but i cld not get any booking detail till 27th the date i came down to your office.
it was really shocking information to me that even after 12-13 days of the booking date i cld not get confirmed flat ... why !!!!!

once you have confirmed me that flat has been booked , i took back my booking from 3c corporate office.

as per your below mail n msg dated 27th sep which says that you have words with management n are trying to get me booking.... pls confirm what is the status.
dear you need to understand the kind of trust n believe i have in Investor clinic n you personally,,,,,,plz do not break that and tell me how you are going to help me. after taking filled in form and booking amt you can not just reply me that nothing could happen after 12-13 days , donot break my trust n the relationship we have.
