[Resolved] IOC : Sai Sewa Enterprises, Vasant kUnj, New Delhi — Contact Nos. of Gas Agency not working, huge time taken in delivery of gas when booked at 1260

The Telephone nos. 26898953 and 26134492 of M/s Sai Sewa Enterprises, Vasant Kunj, New DElhi are not found to be working during office hours - to book the Gas refill. My connection no. is SS-956. I have to go either personally to book where agency's counter staff is too busy. Booking at 1260 (centralised) does not yield much. Last month I had to talk to Mrs. Sadhana Khosla, IOC officer (AGM ?) at telephone no. 23414266 extension 2172 and direct no. 23411282 and request her to arrange supply as the stipulated period of waiting after booking a refill at 1260 was over. Is it a routine now or some officers are vigilant enough to smoothen the working at Sai Sewa, Vasant Kunj so that the gas can be booked via telephone. even handing a slip to his delivery boy does not help. Indane — rules for delivery boy

Please sir/madam give me what are the rules of delivery boy who supply gas cylinder to our home if customer living on 1st floor he will supply gas cylinder up to his kitchen or up to gate which is down floor please guide me . thanks

Myself Dinesh Kaushik My C.No. is 18545, my LPG Gas Agency is Sai Sewa Enterprises Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, My Cyl is delivered on 8th of May, 2018 (cash memo [protected]) but till date its 15th May, but subsidy not received, i talk to agency firstly they told they already sended it bank. After i asked to details of subsidy date etc, they told not yet sended and disconnect the phone, they told me lie, they sended, after i asked for details they said not yet sended i asked to why they telling lie, they disconnect the phone, why they people doing cheating like this, so i request you strictly against of these kind of agency or employee. Hope to see you necessary action against this agency and employees behave like this.
