CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
At around 9.00 PM, I had gone to fill petrol at Swati Petroleum, Parle Point Surat. I had filled petrol worth Rs 1000 & paid through Credit card . The filling personnel had, irresponsibly, waived the petrol filling nozzle, resulting in a scratch on my metallic car. This was a special day, for which I had gone to party with my family.
On lodging a complaint vide Sr no: 9496 dated 05.05.2008, the owner of the pump, told that the such thing do happen.
This car which I have brought is from hard earned money & such way it is handled at petrol pump is the way of customer satisfaction at Indian Oil. The scratch on my car, will always reminds, through out its life, the myth of customer satisfaction.
I am quite surprised by the attitude of the petrol pump owner, who takes the consumer for a ride. I demand an immediate, attention in this regard failing which I shall approach appropriate authorities for grievance.
