I hope this mail is in someone’s hand who can do something for me. I was or rather I am customer of IPTV service provides by aksh and mtnl. Frankly speaking I have never seen such kind of service in my life time, I services are tremendously poor. I applied for the disconnection of your services and after that I called up around 10 times at your customer care center rather I should it’s a customer pain center, but not a single person called up from your side or not a single follow up call from your side. I don’t know you people on which century now days you call for a thing and u get it right away. I am providing my details below: CA no: [protected] Phone no : 29543610 OB no: 1604 Do something or I will just go to consumer court for your ruthless and improper services. Dear Sir,
I am also customer of IPTV Service provides by Aksh & MTNL. I have never seen such kind of poor services in my life. you have provide a customer care no. but very sorry to say that there is no one who pick the phone, everytime it shows busy the whole day. I can't understand how a customer can complaint to you from last five days your iptv cable is not working but I am unable to you for the complaint.
So please try to improve your service & try to solve my problom as soon as possible my connection no. is[protected] and my address is given below :-
