[Resolved] Irctc — Amount deducted my account but ticket not booked and amount not refunded. | |||
Sir/Madam. I was booking ticket from Kurnool Town (KRNT) to Yelahanka (YNK) on 3th september, 2012. Unfortunately, due to some technical reasons transaction got failed. The amount 1168 was deduced from my account. I booked through SBI credit card using AXIS credit option and i did not received the ticket. IRCTC website is showing that the transaction was failed. Please help me to get that amount back to my account. Bank official saying that transaction is successful from bank side. I tried to book ticket on 07.12.09 . The more details are as under.
Name in favor of ticket booked: Anuradha Gupta ,Female-27
Date of booking: 07.12.09
Train No. & Name: 8234,Bilaspur to ujjain ,
Boarding date:14.12.09 ,3rd ac
A/c used :SBI debit card
due to server error my amount has been deducted from my account but ticket is not booked.My amount of Rs 903=00 is debited from my SBI account on 07.12.09 .Kindly do the needful so that this amount can be credited in my account.

Ticket Booking — Failed booking, but amount deducted from my account
Hello,I am booked my ticked in 2662 POTHIGAI EXP on 15/10/2009. I am paid through my Indian bank debit card.
For my transaction amount deducted from my account, but ticket not booked. My transaction id is [protected]. Can i get my amount. Did you refund my amount. Where do i get my amount. Please send me about these details.
