[Resolved] Irctc — TDR Refund Delayed from 4 months | |||
Dear All, I have booked a ticket on[protected] from VASCO DA GAMA to KACHEGUDA, journey date is[protected] for 5 passengers under Tatkal quota. Initially all seats are in waiting list, after chart is prepared, only one passenger seat is confirmed remaining four passengers are in W/L. Partly confirmed tickets refund needs to be carried through TDR process. I booked TDR on this PNR no.[protected] on[protected]. Usually in IRCTC website it is mentioned that it will take maximum of 90 days to refund the amount. But its already 140 Days, till now i did not get any refund. I am attaching chain of mails that i sent to [protected]@irctc.co.in but no result. I spoke to the customer care several times no result. Kindly suggest me the further step in order to get my money refunded.
