[Resolved] Irctc — Haven't received refund of cancelled ticket | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I had cancelled train ticket of PNR No: [protected] on 28 Oct. 2011. As my salary account in CITI Bank was closed by which i booked this ticket, i informed IRCTC by mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.co.in about this on same date of cancellation. I also mentioned the new account details in which money should be refunded. I got complaint refrence number from IRCTC 2000714. Again i called customer care and got another refrence number: 90207. After all this also after nearby 2 months i didn't get money refund. I request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action.
