[Resolved] Irctc — Negligence of Duty & no service in 3rd AC compartment | |
I am currently travelling from Jabalpur to Mumbai - LTT by Train No.1066 and this mail is wrritten from train itself. after boarding 1066 around 11.30 am today it took me more then 3 hours to find a attendend who was missing from the compartment with the help of ticket collector. His name is R P Singh reports to Thane station dosent even carry a valid ID card issued from railways. Very unproffessional attitude when asked was told he was having his luch since last 2 hours. and he is unable to provide Bedding and bed sheets to me or anyone nothing left in inventory. The i asked for pantry supervisor who came his name Tufhel Khan reporting to Dadar station railway ID no.A328583 He is also not in a position to answer why they are not having enough bedding sets for passengers. He says they are not being provided with enough material when they start for new journey. I would like to complaint against this unproffesional attitude and negligance of duty. and would like to know about the nesessarry actions taken against the same.
