Dear Sir, I had mailed my cancellation application through e-mail and TDR was lodged on 26-06-08 on behalf of the complain. Indian Railway Catering Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) — Non obtaining Refund of Railway E-ticket booked through IRCTC
Dear Sir,I had booked one railway e-ticket online through my SBI onine account. Details as below:

Date of Journey: 23.10.2008
Train No. : 6337
From : Ahmedabad To : Madgaon
No of Passanger : 3
Amt : INR 1151/-
PNR No.: 0
Refund
Due to some error while booking ticket money had been debited but ticket (PNR NO) not generated. I talked with IRCTC customer care helpline, they told me to send the copy of bank statement showing the detail of that debited entry. i mailed them scanned copy of bank statement showing that debted entry.
Since october, i am in continuous followup with IRCTC and they are only telling that the matter is being taken up with State Bank of India.
