Irctc — please refund my money of failed transaction | |
Sir, I tried to book Railway Reservation Tickets Through IRCTC online e-ticketing facility on 05th Oct 2009. durng the booking process due to network failures my transaction could not succeed and reservation was not done. when i cheked my account balance on 6nd Oct 2009 balance is showing less amount by Rs 399/-.
