[Resolved] Irctc — Un authorised money deduction | |
First of all want to share that IRCTC has a very faulty system doesn't give smooth transaction at all, as far as my experience with this is concerned. Most of the time we want to do transaction through it we find failed transaction for which they deduct money from our a/c and find a very cumbersome process to get back our own money. This 3rd of Feb 2010 I tried to purchase ticket through IRCTC, I tried three times and both the transactions were failed one. The Transaction IDs are [protected], [protected], [protected] and for that they have deducted a sum of Rs. 526, Rs. 549 and Rs. 549 respectively. On 4th of Feb-10 I succeed to purchase my ticket. Although IRCTC has refunded my money (I had tried with my SBI Debit Card) for the 2nd & 3rd Transaction IDs but keeping mum or giving superfluous reply for the 1st one. Whatever they have asked like scan copy of my statement I have given to them twice but still they are not giving proper and specific answer to me. As a nodal boy I am asking your kind support for justice to get rid of this faulty system of IRCTC. I am a frequent traveller through IRCTC. I recently went to pick my mother (Pnr #[protected] from the Secunderabad(South Central railway station) there was Platform ticket machine which was not working and the queues was so long for tickets as matter o[censored]rgency because of luggage i need to go to the platform directly there without ticket. I showed my mothers ticket at the exit the lady asked me to pay bribe of 100rs to leave us i explained the problem and told her the machine was not working and she was arguing telling me thats not my problem then she wrote a challan for 260rs. The challan Ticket number 291109. The reason for challan is written as i have travelled from LPT to SC through MMTS which was not the case reason stated as TWOT. Please advise and take actions in this scenario what should we do.
