[Resolved] Irctc — Session expired but amount deducted | |
Rs.245/- has been deducted from my ICICI account on 11th march, 2008 unnecessarily. I have booked only 2 tickets(chennai-MAS to coimbatore-CBE and vice versa) and the amount was deducted for 3 tickets. But, I have only two tickets in the booked history too. I tried calling the customer care several times and they put me on hold and disconnect the line. Rs.377/- has been deducted from my SBI account on 13th NOV, 2008 unnecessarily. I have booked only 1 tickets(JABALPUR- to BILASPUR- ) and
the amount was deducted for RS 377. But, my session exprired.my SBI Atm no.[protected]
