[Resolved] Irctc — It took money without my booking the ticket | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I booked a ticket on March 17th from Chennai to Trichy. I entered my SBI debit card details and gave "pay", the page hung up, but the ticket amt (Rs. 357) has been debited from my SBI account. It is not there in the booked tickets history. From yesterday i have tried calling the irctc care number. also sent them an email. If the ring goes, no one picks up else the line is always busy. I booked a ticket on june 24 from virudhunagar to bangalore
I entered my SBI debit card details and gave "pay", the page hung up, but the ticket amt (Rs. 489) has been debited from my SBI account.
It is not there in the booked tickets history.
If the ring goes, no one picks up else the line is always busy.
My irctc user id is : sonika2006
Please do the needful.

I booked a e-ticket on Jan16, 2009 from Brahmanagar to secundrabad . I entered my Axis bank debit card details and gave "pay", the page hung up, but the ticket amt (Rs. 369) has been debited in my card account.
It is not there in the booked tickets history.
From yesterday i have tried calling the irctc care number. also sent them an email.
There is no response.

I entered my SBI debit card details and gave "pay", the page hung up, but the ticket amt (Rs. 1267) has been debited from my SBI account.
Mean While the transaction has not been completed vide your Transaction ID - [protected] & also the transaction shows payment not Recived by You.But the same amount has been deducted from my bank account as per my bank passbook.
If the ring goes, no one picks up else the line is always busy.
