Irctc — Wrong debit of Rs. 3138 to my card account without purchasing ticket

Dear Sir,

I have not purchased any railway ticket on 29.5.2008. But my card account is showing debit of Rs. 3138 by IRCTC under booking reference no : 925266.

I have been trying to put my grievances to IRCTC by mail and telephone but invain.

Can anybody help to bail me out of the problem.

Indian Railways — Wrong debit from my card without buying any railway ticket

Dear Sir,

I have not booked any railway ticket on 29.5.2008. But, my credit card has been charged with Rs. 3138 under bokking reference No. 925266.

I have been writing to IRCTC and trying to call on phone but in vain.

Can anyone help me out. Is it a big railway racket going on in fraudulent transaction...

I have not purchased any railway ticket on 30.09.2008. But my card account is showing debit of Rs. 2190 by IRCTC under booking reference no : [protected]
I have been trying to put my grievances to IRCTC by mail and telephone but invain.

Can anybody help to bail me out of the problem.

IRCTC — Incorrect Debits

On 1st January 2009, I tried to book two tickets. After about 5 or 6 attempts, I booked two tickets. My credit card however was charged 4 times, out of which IRCTC reversed 1 transaction. There's still one transaction pending.

I have sent them 4 emails on this issue and not a single email response has come through. I have also called them more than 20 times and spoken to about 6 different people when I got through. Most of the reps were indifferent to my issue and did not even appear to properly listen to what I was saying. They don't even have records of my previous calls and I am forced to explain my problem over and over again to the reps that cannot understand a bit of English.

As expected, there's no escalation process for me to use as well.
Dear Sir,

We had booked a ticket for ASR-HWH Express (Train No : 3050) (PNR NO: [protected] : Transaction ID: [protected]; Booked on :[protected] from Varanasi to Howrah (Date: 11.01.2009) which got cancelled. But we have not received the refundable money yet. We have tried to cancel the ticket, but couldn't (it showed "list has been prepared").
I have written to [protected]@irctc.co.in, more than 10 times. But have not received any reply from them.

Dear Sir
I was travelling by Gurudev Express train no.2666 on 21/05/09 from Berhampur to Nagercoil with my daughter by a/c 3tire.Before reaching Nagercoil, from Trivandrum the a/c was stopped and the attendant askedd to return bed sheet and blanket.
Why ? our ticket was up to Nagercoil not up to Trivandrum.
Kindly look after this matter.
