[Resolved] IRCTC.co.in — non refund of money against cancellation of ticket

I booked a ticket on irctc.co.in for travel from rohtak to pathankot on date 2 feb 08. However on 2 feb due to unrest regarding dera sachchaa sauda the train was routed via panipat instead of rohtak. since i could not travel by the train i sent an email to irctc.co.in and apprised them of the facts. the site replied and promised that the matter has been refered to railways and my money will be refunded in 3 months. However no refund has materialised, they have stopped replying to reminder emails and it has been 3 months over and above the 3 months that they asked for. Any suggestions on how to tackle this. I had cancelled 4 tickets covering PNR No. [protected] & Transaction ID [protected] on 27.10.2008.But I have not yet received the net refund amount of Rs. 1524.00 (Receipt No. 325364) till date in spite of repeated reminders to [protected]@irctc.co.in. The refund date as per irctc site is 01.11.2008
